They responded to my air problem quickly. Warranty company used them and called 6pm We’d. And they said between 8&9.on Thursday. Arrived 8:30 and checked for problem, fixed and done by 9:15. Seniors, this company prioritizes your needs very quickly. Outstanding service and professional.

Jay installed 2 thermostats on my house and rental. But he did not connected them to the heat pump, only to the AC. So winter comes, no heat in both house, I called the home warranty, they came and said nothing is wrong with the heat pump, the thermostats are not connected to it, so they reinstalled both, I called Jay to tell him what happened. And I showed him the receipt and the both reports that both thermostats were not connected to the heat pump. He denied any wrong doing. He would not refund me my money. I said I guess your reputation is only worth $150 - He never answered me back
I would never use this company.
