These guys really came through with their word. They are extermly professional and very helpful. As home flippers we're not always the easiest to work with since we're all about cost and value. Though Brandon came up with a great solution which made perfect sense for all of us.
Not once was it hard to get a hold of them or a response within a reasonable time frame. We switched from our old AC company over to Innovations for good. It's nice to be able to fully trust guys that are personal and keep it real. I'd recommend this company to anyone 100%

I am extremely appreciative of Innovation Air and service tech Lito. Having your AC go out in Phoenix is not for the weak of heart... Lito entered my home and explained to me what kind of system I had and first steps to trouble shooting. He diagnosed the problem and explained next steps, including a part that had to be order. He was uncertain how long itwould take to get the part but to my surprise, I recieved a recieved a call two hours later stating they had the part and could fix the unit in the same afternoon. Needless to say, I was very appreciative. I have a medically fragile son who's seizures can be triggered by the heat. This company exceeded my expectations.
