Mr. Smith's Landscaping

I was excited to work with Dustin and team, but it didn't turn out well unfortunately. I was told they would come spray one day, to kill our weeds, and then return a few days later to clean them up. The day came and he didn't show up, no call no text no updates. I reached out by phone and text with no replies until very late that evening saying they couldnt make it today which we already figured since they didnt show up because they had to cut some trees that fell which is fine but would have been nice to get an update. I asked when they could come back and still no response. another 2 days have gone by and havent heard anything. I had to call someone else to come take care of it. very disappointing service.

**** adding evidence proof of my conversation with Dustin, who is now lying about servicing our home and then flaking after only starting services then not returning to complete the job. Here is text messages with our conversation, proof of him confirming zelle for the payment I sent to him and his phone number which matches this listing. At the very least they could've owned their mistake but instead making false claims. Definitely would stay away!

Dustin and his team were amazing. Really good landscaping company. Tree trimming was fast and looks great. Recommended to anyone in tucson needing landscaping services.
