AZ Quality Plumbing did fantastic work at my residence in Casa Grande. From initial quote to the completion of the job communication was superb. We worked closely with Guy Avino who went above and beyond to explain the process involved in completing the job and provided a fair cost estimate before starting the work. He completed an install of my RO and soft water systems and ensured I had a good understanding of how to work everything before he left and set proper expectations for when to change filters etc. I was impressed with the concierge level of service provided including cleaning up a disposing of the boxes. I recommend this amazing company without reservation. Once again the positive reviews proved valid when selecting a provider. Pick AZ Quality for all of your plumbing needs, I will definite use them again and will recommend that friends, family and neighbors do the same.

Amazing!!! From initial contact, Guy Avino explained well what the installation of a water softener would entail and an estimate. That same day, he texted a reminder of the appointment: date and time. On the morning of the instalation, he texted when he was on his way and included a picture of himself so I could identify him. He showed up on time, prepared, smiling, friendly, and introduced himself. Then, he walked me thru the process and allowed me to ask questions. Once the job was completed, he cleaned up the area, removed all boxes and materials, took payment, walked me thru emergency or manual shut off, and still smiling left. 100% recommend without any doubt or hesitation. Thank you!
