i have never had a more professional and respectful experience with a chimney sweep than i had with paul from perfect pick chimney cleaning. he did everything you want when someone comes to clean your chimney—thorough inspection, friendly smile, very patient, and even made sure to wipe his feet before coming inside (which means a lot since so many workers just track dirt in). if i could give more than 5 stars, i would. i will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

At first, Andrew came to my house because I was thinking about fixing up my old fireplace. He explained that restoring it might not be the best idea since it was blocked, gave me some helpful advice about other options, and did a thorough cleaning of the chimney for me. Later on, when my contractor was working on the fireplace remodel, they ran into a problem with an old tile and a pipe that got in the way. The contractor wasn't sure what to do, so I called Andrew again. He coordinated directly with the contractor and showed up the next morning. Andrew gave the contractor clear guidance on how to handle both the tile and the pipe. He also took the time to call me and explain everything in simple terms so I understood the situation and could be confident that nothing would affect the other chimneys in the building. Andrew spent about an hour at my place and didn’t charge me for the extra help. I definitely recommend Andrew for any chimney sweep needs. He really knows what he’s doing and goes above and beyond to help.

The communication was excellent. They clearly explained what the chimney sweeping process would involve. I was kept updated by the office, and they even let me know on the day of my appointment that, due to weather, my spot could be moved up. Tristan called ahead to let me know when he was arriving, so I could be ready. When he got here, he was very friendly, polite, and respectful. He used drop cloths to protect my carpet and furniture, and made sure to use a vacuum to keep dust down while cleaning the chimney. He walked me through each step of the process. During the camera inspection, he took time to explain what he was seeing and why it was either good or needed attention. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Perfect Pick Chimney Cleaning.
