All reviews for A & A Installations

I see some lousy reviews for this company, but they did a nice job for me. Appointment was scheduled in a reasonable amount of time, and they showed up as scheduled for both the measurements and the installation. The installer (Cliff) did a nice job measuring, and the install went without a hitch. Love our cellular shades we ordered from Home Depot.

Steer clear. Horrible, unskilled installers. Had to go with them from Home Depot and the blinds came out ABSOLUTELY horrible. Installer ended up also stealing from my home and had to open a police report.

I ordered some blinds from Home Depot. They are a 3rd party to measure for them. They call me to an appointment. While I was waiting for them to show up I get a text saying they can't make it, but they be there between 1-4. I waited till 4 and you never guess what happen? NO show, text, or phone called. Which I see on there home page that is normal. When they called me to make the next one I asked why they didn't show up? No I deal I was told. I asked to talk to a manager they told me it wouldn't matter what you say they don't care. Also Home Depot didn't care either.
When I called Home Depot they didn't answer the phone. -
This is the only company that Home Depot uses to install their blinds. They have extremely poor communication skills and are hardly equipped to do anything involving windows.
The guy, Jesus, came to our home on a Saturday evening (we had scheduled a morning appointment) to measure the second-story windows in our vaulted-ceiling living room for window shades. This had all been discussed at our initial planning appointment at Home Depot, yet Jesus had no clue about any of it. He only brought a tiny step ladder, so we could not get our official measurements. He did say that they would not do installations on anything above 17 feet because, and I QUOTE, "we don't have insurance." What kind of shady backwater company professes to service windows and doesn't touch anything above ground level? Completely bananas.
'Fortunately,' the tops of our windows measured under 17' (16'9" to be exact), so we were told that someone would reschedule with a taller ladder. We were able to measure the height based on a landing on the stairs.
Crickets from them after that. Got a call from the original Home Depot guy 4 days later saying that A&A rejected the job because the windows were above 17 feet, which was a lie. Currently doing more back-and-forth with Home Depot, but it's likely that we'll have to go find a real professional ourselves.
TL;DR- Poor scheduling, poor communication, insufficiently equipped, no insurance, and literal bald-faced lying
