Teena did a great job, she was really good at her job, and she's a really sweet person, very relational and professional.

The cleaners were great! They were very thorough and quick! They were polite and professional. I would definitely use them again.

We have been using Honest Cleaners for a monthly house clean over the past 8 months. They are consistent in keeping us scheduled at the same time and day each month and always send the same cleaners to our house. Every time they are done our house looks spotless. We really appreciate their prompt communication, attention to detail and consistent service each month and would highly recommend them for ongoing or a one time cleaning service.

Here’s a shout out to Honest Cleaners! My first service was so detailed. I truly appreciated the cleaner honoring my quirky request to use only my own personal vacuum cleaner, as well as using a disposable mop sheet. No sense in spreading that dirt and dust around…just get it up and throw it away! I have had two different cleaners now that have fulfilled my request and met my expectations. My living space is small yet they have both managed to find grime that I am not even aware of. So thankful this service has come into my life…and my house!

They did an excellent job getting our house ready for move in! The seller didn’t leave it in great shape. The cleaners stayed all day and even got details I didn’t even notice! It felt wonderful to have a clean slate and not feel like I was moving into a stranger’s house!

If I could give a 6th star I would. Dina and Tish were amazing. After months of construction at my house with renovation dust everywhere I didn’t think my house would ever by clean again. But I think after them being at my house it hasn’t ever been so clean. The level of detail is extraordinary. They cleaned areas I didn’t even think of. They obviously are so knowledgeable about construction clean up. They are worth every penny. I wish I took before pictures. But the house is ready to live in and feel clean and safe.

There’s no way these reviews are real. They changed the price up on us at the end and added a random $50 fee without explanation.

I’m writing this review regarding the lack of professionalism of the owners of this business. This review is not a reflection on the person who cleaned my house, but on the terrible business practices.

Jennifer, one of the owners, responded to a facebook post I made looking for a cleaner available at a specific day and time and only that specific day/time. She assured me she had two cleaners available that morning, a deep clean that would take 3-4 hours, and a fair price. They had good reviews and Jennifer stressed they were a new business (about a year old) and eager to grow. We scheduled the cleaning with a 9:30-10 am time slot to start (to have my home completed by 2-2:30 pm.)

The day before the scheduled service, Jennifer called to tell me there was a scheduling issue on their end. She asked if we could reschedule for the afternoon, and I reminded her of my original time constraints. She said, “Not to worry” and another team of her cleaners could show up at my original appointment day/time. An hour into the provided arrival time, no cleaners had arrived and no communication was received from the business. I call/text Jennifer, multiple times, no answer. We had to leave for an appointment by 10:45, so we start loading up the car and assume the cleaning is not happening this morning. Then, a car pulls up to our house with one woman in it. I let her in and quickly do a quick review of some things before I need to rush out.

On my way to my other appointment I try to call the Honest Cleaners line again, and finally get a call back from Brandon (Jennifer’s husband and business partner). He apologizes for the late arrival but adds that he “doesn’t know what happened to the second cleaner” and now it’s going to take 6+ hours to clean my house. I explain to Brandon that is unacceptable and not what we agreed to. The cleaner who was there solo didn’t give the best first impression, so he said he would go to my house and help the cleaner.

In the meantime, Jennifer starts texting me apologizing and making more promises, including details about the person currently in my home that are not appropriate to share with a client.

I have cameras outside of my home, we knew when Brandon arrived/left. He was there for one hour. Although later Jennifer would lie and state he was there for 2+ hours helping the cleaner. If that was the case, I’m still unclear as to why my house wasn’t done until 4:55 pm, but sadly it doesn’t really stop there.

Jennifer also divulged personal, confidential employee information to me via text, and told her employee things I was saying while the employee/cleaner was still in my home. This was dangerous to both her employee and I, the client. I won’t be sharing that information on a public forum.

Jennifer’s story changed constantly, and my husband and I found white lie after white lie in every back pedal she did. When mistakes are made, owning them and finding solutions is what needs to happen. Not trying to cover up the reality of a bad situation with more lies.

Jennifer did apologize and they did not charge us for the service that was provided. The house wasn’t perfect, but it was fine for everything we went through and for 1 person to be by herself most of the day with no breaks or help (except for the 1 hour Brandon showed up.)

If you’re still reading this my purpose is to just caution anyone from using the (in my opinion) inappropriately named “Honest Cleaners”. Sorry Honest Cleaners, you are just not honest.
