Todd called before he arrived, went straight to work, and had my AC fixed in under an hour. Great response time and very professional service.

Met with Cathy and Teresa at Aristotle air today. They were super helpful and educating me on how to regularly maintain my air conditioning unit on my older home. They definitely recommended that I should maintain my unit by getting regular tuneups twice a year once in before the summer and then once in the fall.

Tech was early, very though, took time to explain each step and what he was checking.. Danny was outstanding. Very please with this company, every house I have owned Aristotle is the only company I will use.

When our air conditioner needed a significant fix recently, the Aristotle Air team went to bat to get our home quickly on the schedule. Daniel did an amazing job and also gave us tips for keeping the air conditioning units in working order in the future. Really really appreciated Daniel’s extra efforts to include us in his already packed schedule to help resolve the issues here during a hot summer. Aristotle Air goes the extra mile!

Since then, I’ve enjoyed an Aristotle check up membership plan— and have had great service from the entire Aristotle team. The internal scheduling and on phone service team is so great. And appreciation to Daniel, Ruben and Adan, who are also outstanding.

Aristotle was able to install my new unit during next day, so cool! The gentleman that came to do all these installation work were extremely courteous and helpful with any of my questions. 1) Ruben from Aristotle Air was an amazing representative of the company. He was knowledgeable, arrived right on time and was able to quickly identify the issues with our primary air conditioning unit. As it was an air-conditioning unit earlier purchased from Aristotle Air and was still under manufacturer warranty, we were covered for associated charges.

2) Kudos also to the Service scheduling team at Aristotle Air who very promptly went to work to find needed replacement parts and to schedule installation for us. Service representative Daniel even came back to check that all was going well for the job. Many thanks to all. During a hot summer, we were so grateful to have a team that was so conscientious and helpful.

3) Most recently in April 2025, Adan did a great job on our membership program check up of home air conditioners. He was knowledgeable, polite, and super helpful, going up and beyond expectations.

Aristotle Air was great! Very nice and professional technician. Seemed very thorough. This is the second year we have used them for our annual pre summer tune and they have been great!

As always Aristotle Airi did an outstanding job! Our air handler motor died and they promptly replaced it. The service tech was great. I would highly recommend them!

I had my air conditioner go out last week. It ended up being a minor fix thankfully. I had Carson call and let me know he was on his way, I appreciated that a pic of Carson was sent via text to me. I knew what he looked like and who to expect! Carson was friendly, courteous and explained that I should hose down my unit out back as this would help maintain the air quality. Carson was so helpful when I was clueless to anything with the unit. Also a shout out to KiKi who let me know she would get someone out asap and was so kind on the phone. My house was 96 degrees inside it was miserable. Thank you Aristotle Air (Carson and KiKi) 😊 Excellent service!

I gave Aristotle Air Conditioning 5 stars. It all started with their great customer service person who called to book the appointment. She was very accomodating. The service tech Adam was super nice and efficient. I really appreciated the great service all around. He replaced and tested the new thermastat. I would highly recommend them for future work. Really enjoyed meeting with the team at Aristotle Air today. Turns out we’re going to need a new air conditioning unit this summer for our commercial business. Thankfully we know what we need and where to buy it from

KC Hall runs a bingo and hall rental service so we have a five different air conditioners they serviced all five of them quickly efficiently and for what I believe to be a reasonable cost

We are so glad that our air conditioning outage was taken care of within 16 hours of our request. Your technician was efficient and friendly. Grateful it was resolved so quickly.

We don’t typically write reviews but we are so thankful for Aristotle. Each time they come they explain everything and teach us how to care for our system better. They don’t push us to spend money we don’t need to spend. We always recommend them to friends. We’re customers for life.

Very easy to work with, very responsive, and very friendly. With weather heating up quick, I expected a long wait for my AC to be inspected and replaced. To my pleasant surprise, they did both within a week!! The men that replaced the systems were super quick, kind, and courteous. I work from home and I wasn't distrusted at all. My home is freezing cold now. 5 stars!!!!
