We first found Alex and his team five years ago when our motor caught on fire in the evening, and they came out that same night. Our original 20-year-old A/C units were on borrowed time when we bought our house, and whenever they stopped working in the heat, the Big Al's team was here asap to save the day.

When we finally saved up to replace them two years ago, they installed two top-of-the-line Trane units at a very fair price, and we just had them out for routine service last month.

Big Al's HVAC operates with absolute integrity and unmatched customer care. They do great work without ever trying to push unnecessary upsells. Highly recommend!

Big Al’s HVAC came out and diagnosed the problem and within an hour my AC was back cooling again. These guys were thorough, upfront and professional.
