Mark did a great job, had A/C up and running within an hour of calling him!

Such a great experience with the company and crew. I'm out of town working, my wife and 4 kids were home alone. Mark came out that day, diagnosed us and we needed a new unit. His crew showed up 2 days later and performed an install. They were very professional, and clean. Did a great job in a very short amount of time. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing Seirvice or installs. To top it off he was cheaper than the 4 other companies I reached out to.

Really happy with my experience. My tech Zach took a good amount of time inspecting my system and even replaced a few screws and hosed down my outdoor unit. Another company told me I needed to have the whole system replaced after 5 minutes of looking at my system, but Zach said everything looks pretty good considering the age of the unit and he wouldn’t recommend replacing just yet. It’s nice there are still honest and reliable companies out there! 10/10 recommend!

Mark has been out several times to do routine maintenance on our system, and we are always incredibly pleased with the service. Mark even came all the way to Laveen on a short-notice service call to help with a beeping (that of course stopped before he arrived & may not have even been from the HVAC) and went above & beyond to give a plan of action for if the beeping starts again. Everyone I have worked with since starting routine maintenance with Mark Daniels (phone support, email, in-person) has proven that they really are the best in the business. 2025 update - We’ve now been using Mark Daniels for multiple years, and I recommend them to EVERYONE. Still so thankful to have found them via recommendations from neighbors online. Incredibly honest, easy to reach and schedule, and I have never once had even the slightest negative experience. I hate the recent trend of these big corporate/private equity giants buying up trades and offering overpriced, impersonal, shoddy work, but Mark Daniels keeps it old school and top notch. Can’t recommend them enough.

Tamara with Mark Daniels is always professional, she is knowledgable and is great at answering questions. She does a great job, we love having her as our tech.

We have had Mark out a few times. He’s great to work with. He’s very helpful in explains everything, he always shows you the issue so you can see it yourself and his prices are very reasonable.
Update: today we had Tamara out and the interaction was very brief but she was great as well and very friendly

Zach was on time and ready to work. This is either the 3rd or 4th time he has done my a/c tune-up. Always does a great job, checking everything out thoroughly. Very satisfied!

Excellent outfit with fantastic customer service. They came out and diagnosed my busted unit (it was almost 20 years old). Worked around the awkward access to my attic (my pool table is directly underneath the hatch) and got everything working great a week later. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Zack came to our home in 2022 after 2 other a/c companies tried to find our issue. It was losing Freon annually but no one else could locate the problem. Zach found a wire that was burning a whole in the high pressure steel tubing and soldered it. It has worked perfectly since so when our other split level a/c unit was losing temps, he fixed it immediately and $130 later we were up and cooling down!!! Great experience!!!!!

Mark Daniels Air Conditioning has been our go-to since 1998. Always responds quickly, has highly qualified techs and believes in great customer service. Family owned and trusted for the last 25 years. Today required a warranty repair. Done super quick. Great work all the time. Highly recommend.

Called Mark Daniels because of the positive feedback on Go Gilbert, and his solid Good reviews. Tamara and Mark came out today for an AC tune up, and I ended up purchasing their bi-annual service because they did such a great job. They are extremely personable and honest, the latter of which is most important. They gave me a detailed breakdown of my units, and gave honest recommendations that saved me money both now and in the long-term. Highly recommend!
