Vive construction did an awesome job with our remodel, work was beyond what was expected great company would highly recommend

Vive did amazing work replacing water damaged siding and porch at my home. Crew was SO professional and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and my property was clear of material and debris. Thank you Vive Crew!!

Vive Construction LLC did drywall, stucco, paint, reframing, water proofing/sealing and Bender replacement work for us. Marcos and team are simply amazing; they are kind, communicative, friendly, on-time and do great quality work for a reasonable price. Being new to Arizona, it was important for my wife and I to find a trustworthy, long-term company, to build a relationship with for all our current and future property/home ownership needs. We are very happy to have found Vive Construction. Our next project with them is a bathroom remodel and we are very much looking forward to work with Marcos and team again. I highly recommend Vive Construction without any reservations.

Vive Construction LLC has been an incredible additional to our team. You want something done correctly, the first time, call them.
Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, professional and kind. They communicate consistently throughout the project, and always stays on task. They fully understand time management.
5 STARS no question there.

Vive has been remarkable to work with. As a community manager I am so impressed with the responsiveness and attention to detail from a construction company. Vive completed a painting and fascia repair project at a condominium I manage and they took the reins completely. They were happy to notify residents, and coordinate with management seamlessly. Andrea Flores was phenomenal to work with on the administrative side, as my residents are very particular, she was ready with an answer or a solution to any problem. I will happily use Vive for more of my projects, they do not over sell or overcharge their customers, and their work reflects 5 star work. If google allowed me to use 10 stars I would give Vive 10 stars!

Vive did an excellent job. When things changed and the unexpected came up, it was promptly addressed and discussed the the best resolution found. I am super impressed with the final product and even the vision that was shared in helping it to be even better than we thought it would be! I’ve referred Vice to friends already!

100% trustworthy and 100% awesome work!

I highly reccomend Jcon construction for any building and remodeling needs you might have. They do an awesome job! Very happy with their work.

I contracted with JCON for some home remodel projects. From initial consultation to the final walk through the process was easy and stress free! I couldn't be happier with my experience with JCON and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have done three major projects with JCON. What sets them apart is integrity. Daniel does what he says he will do, when he says he'll do it, and to the standard it's supposed to be done. When challenges come up, as they do with any big project, Daniel worked with me to problem solve and develop a solution I was happy with. I'm an engineer and very detail oriented. There's a reason I am a repeat customer.

I’ve been working with Daniel at JCon for over a year as we designed and remodeled an entire house as well as added on an additional 600 sq ft. I live out of state and I feel so lucky to have found Daniel for my project. He gets things done when he says he will, does a beautiful job, is nothing but professional, responsive, and beyond patient. Daniel listens to everything you say and does it right the first time. I have been at ease knowing he was handling our project, especially since I do not live in the area. He is honest and kind and 100% I would recommend him for your next build. Thank you Daniel for everything! I am so excited to see our completed project and move into our beautiful new home.

Dave helped us out with some duct work for our kitchen remodel.
The kitchen is very cool now. Great customer service, Dave is the man !

I am a superintendent for Platinum Home Builders in the Phoenix area and we have used Great American on several of our new home projects. There attention to detail, ability to problem solve, promptness and out right integrity are outstanding. I would never hesitate to have them in my home or recommend them to family and friends.
