I want to thank the owner and the Amazing crew (including Bob) at Amazing Air Heating & Cooling. Bob came out diagnosed A/C problem and I am now ready for more monsoon heat and moisture.

I had a great experience. He was able to fit me in on short notice and checked over the whole system. The issue was a quick and easy fix. Would definitely recommend and will be using them for any future needs.

Great service, with unbeatable pricing. The warranty is awesome on their new units and they try to get to you as soon as they possibly can. Most times its the same day you call them. I would recommend to anyone. Especially if you're looking for a new unit.

I want thank Jack from Amazing Air in Tucson. Very personable, honest and reliable. My AC broke last week and he came out after hours to diagnose my problem and even changed the part for free. He did not try and sale me a part I did not need. As a single older lady that has no idea about ACs this was refreshing. Don’t hesitate to give Jack a call!

Bob diagnosed our issues and quoted us $7300 less than 2 other companies here in town! They came within days to install our new AC/furnace and the team that showed up was prompt, professional, kind and did their work quick! We are grateful for them and their awesome service! Jack and his team were the absolute best. My wife and I called at least seven companies when we needed to replace our heat pump. Jack beat the next best offer by several thousand dollars, for the exact same make system. It was just before New Year's, and he was able to schedule us right after the holidays.
He showed up on time, did the job fast and answered all our questions with professionalism and patience.

He also kindly skipped the 90 minute slide show other companies made us sit thru to get a price quote, and was the exact opposite of pushy about the sale.

Thank you to Jack and his A-Team at Amazing Air/Tucson. Jack quoted me a very reasonable price for my AC replacement. After the installment, Jack took the time to walk me through the new thermostat settings, showed and explained everything that was done. The Team was prompt, courteous, good-natured and friendly. They did an amazing job! I will always highly recommended them!

Jack was absolutely amazing as the name says. My AC went out on a 100 degree day. I thought it was the capacitor but he walked me through an entire 1 hour troubleshooting process on the phone. I was then able to fix it myself although he was more than willing to come out on a Sunday afternoon. So nice to know there are still small business owners who care. Life saver!

Your van was going 65 on 40. Completely unnecessary .
