We purchased our system from them, and have had routine maintenance since that time. The service technicians have been so friendly and helpful - all of them over the years. Even when we have needed a repair and it was late in the day, their positive attitudes were so much appreciated. And they arrive when they say they will arrive... no ambiguous arrivals. Johnny did a great job with our spring maintenance visit. He kept in contact, and arrived on time. He's friendly and thorough and explained everything. He gave me some tips on keeping the AC condenser in top shape. He even tidied up some of the attic insulation that was on the floor. We have the 5 year maintenance contract which is very reasonable.
