Absolutely the best! If you’re looking for a plumber, you should definitely go with Baxter Brothers Plumbing. Here’s why: I first met Dwayne, who came out to give me an estimate. He was confident and clearly knew a lot about plumbing, which made me feel comfortable since my old house had lots of plumbing problems and needed almost everything replaced. The estimate was very reasonable and much better than I expected. Later, Dwayne brought Brody and James over to check things out and double-check what needed to be done. All three of them were friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer any questions I had. They took time to show me the pipes and parts they were fixing, and explained what to watch for in the future, like different pipes and valves. They even discovered a blocked ground pipe that was crucial to replace, so my basement would be protected from water damage. I was worried about the costs, but they made sure everything was fair and took great care of me. The work was done quickly and neatly, and they always kept me informed. They’re true professionals—licensed, offer a warranty, and just really nice people. I would absolutely recommend them and will call them again for any plumbing needs. They did such a great job that I’d even invite them to my housewarming party!
I had a sudden water leak coming from the wall behind my refrigerator, which ended up soaking the carpet in the next room. I was really worried that fixing it would mean having to cut open the wall and make a big mess. I reached out to a local plumbing company in Oro Valley, and they sent Brody over in less than two hours. I was really stressed when I noticed water leaking into my living room in Oro Valley. I first called another plumbing company, but they said the only way to fix it was to tear up my whole house and quoted me a huge amount. I decided to get a second opinion and reached out to this plumbing team. Brody came over and was very professional from the start—he let me know exactly when he’d arrive and showed up right on time. He quickly figured out the problem and got everything back in working order without making a mess or causing any extra hassle. From now on, I’ll always call this team whenever I need a plumber in Oro Valley.
We are so glad to have been referred to Baxter Brothers Plumbing. Our usual plumber didn’t have the right tools for a tough sewer clog and recommended them. We had tried several times to clear the blockage ourselves by renting a snake, but nothing worked. The plumber, James, had the right experience and kept working until the pipe was finally clear. We called one afternoon and they were able to come out the next morning. They were respectful of our schedule and also gave us helpful plumbing tips. We really appreciate the great service!
i originally thought our plumbing issue was a broken pressure regulator, but it turned out to be a noisy main water line caused by a faulty pool fill valve. brody and james came out to our place in oro valley and took their time investigating the problem. they were really patient and professional, and finally figured out it was the valve outside and the float for the auto-fill that needed to be replaced. after they finished fixing that, they even asked if there was anything else they could help with, since i had mentioned earlier in the day that our shower was leaking. they actually had the right shower valve cartridge on their truck and were able to swap it out for me, even though the old one was really stuck and broke apart as they took it out. they cleaned up everything so well, you couldn’t even tell anyone had been working in the bathroom or outside. this is the second time i’ve had these guys out for plumbing work, and both times they’ve been really careful and thorough. they don’t rush through the job, and you can tell they care about doing things right. they might not be the cheapest plumber in town, but honestly, i think they’re the best around here!
After getting a high estimate from another plumbing company for a next-day appointment, I decided to look for other options. A friend suggested I try a different plumbing service, so I called them just before closing time. Even though it was almost 6 PM, they sent Brody out quickly—he arrived around 7:15 and wrapped up everything by 7:45. The cost was much more affordable than what I was quoted elsewhere. Brody did an excellent job clearing out the drain and made sure to tidy up any mess. He also checked that all the toilets in the house were flushing perfectly before he left. This plumbing company is truly impressive and reliable! Highly recommended for anyone in need of plumbing help, especially if you want fast and friendly service at a good price.
