Que lástima que confiamos en sus servicios. Tuvimos que juntar dinero para arreglar un gasto inesperado y este negocio aprovecha de las personas. Cuando le llamamos para dejar saber que el problema aun no se había arreglado, no contestan. Si hubiéramos sabido que esto pasaría no hubiéramos echo el gasto. Espero que el dueño nos regrese la llamada y haga su trabajo honesto. Al momento, no lo recomendaría.

Unfortunately, Service plus uses this inferior company. Last time ,a pillow case got stuck in the dryer door and cabinet, company kept cancelling, rescheduled. Finally third attempt after I complained to Service Plus. No ow today. My garbage disposal. SP scheduled 12 to 2, then this crappy company called to move to 2 to 5. Received a call at 4:15 pm , will be an hour or 90 minutes. Claiming traffic. Why schedule me in Goodyear, and service tech on Scottsdale. Filing another complaint with home warranty and another company to service. Never wanted this company in my home.
