They made it to my home soon after I called them. They diagnosed, explained, and fixed my issue very quickly. Reasonably-priced. I would definitely call them again for any electrical issues.

I had a company come out to fix the same light few years ago 2016. The same light went out again, when Ryan & his team came out did a deeper diagnostic and realized a fire hazard. Ryan explain and showed me everything they were going to do. Thank you Ryan & Team for the awesome work you do for your clients. I will be calling you for all my electrical and hvac needs in the future.

Chris had superb communication, and he arrived on time despite a miscommunication. He was very knowledgeable in his work, he worked fast, and he made everything flow easily. Above and beyond work. I am relieved that my issue was fixed.

Great service! Very professional and kind. We had a ceiling fan replaced on a slanted, taller ceiling. They did a great job, it looks so nice. We will definitely be recommending them to others.

When the 240 power wouldn't come back on from power pole out back after winter AC inspection,. We called a electrical company who wanted to install a $6k new power pedestal. After having Valley View out, a professional inspection done they saved him $5600 and got him back up. Always get a second opinion if you haven't had these folks out first. I recently had my a/c system replaced by Valley View Electric and AC. Although the process with our home warranty company was long and took some time Starr communicated with me through the entire process from when I initially made a claim to our appointments and also time frames on parts/equiptment being sent out from the warranty company. Ron and Sabastian came to my home, unloaded everything and got right to the replacement and moving of the heavy air handler and condensing unit. Once everything was set in place Sabastian who is a very knowledgeable and hard working a/c tech and electrician completed the install and informed me through his final checks before he left. For a professional small business with a good crew that works well together and has the knowledge and skills I recommend Valley View Electric and AC!!

My home warranty was going to send out another company, but I insisted upon Valley View. Best choice that I could have made. They were amazing, fair and informative. I now have peace of mind. I will be calling again to replace some ceiling fans.

Ron was great, and the only electrician I'll be using going forward. He was right on time the first day, and got my light fixtures upgraded and replaced within 24 hours at a price I was comfortable with. I've put off some electrical repairs for a while because I had issues finding an electrician that was reliable, but I'm happy I don't have to do that anymore!

This was the absolute most professional and courteous A/C person that i’ve had the pleasure to deal with. He was very timely and new exactly was was needed to repaired my issue and get the ice cold air blowing once again for me and the 3 kiddos ! Fast , professional , tidy and courteous. I would recommend as well as use this company again and again. As a matter of fact they will now be my new AC company for you I will make us ever I am in need of the electrician… I have my business!

A Valley View technician was sent to our home through a claim with Choice Home Warranty. Per my husband, the technician was unable to figure out the problem and he made a couple of calls to the office. Long story short, what VVE recommended to CHW that we needed to do was declined by CHW. So, we were out $86 and change. Not sure how that happened, since the fee should have been a flat $85. Our problem was never solved so I reached out to our local utility and they sent out someone free of charge who correctly diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes. We called an electrician separate from CHW and we are back in business.
The two stars is because my husband said the tech was nice. The reality is, he didn't know what to look for compared to the tech that the utility provider sent out. Do not recommend. And if you have Choice Home Warranty, dump them.

Ron & Starr are an absolute delight to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, all around fantastic to be around. We will never go anywhere else for any of our electrical concerns and you shouldn't either. This company is the best there is out there! Thank you guys so much!!

This company was contracted out by my home warranty to tighten ceiling fans. Typically you hear from contractors about the scheduled appointment prior to the appointment but I did not hear from them until 6:45 am the day of the appointment. The tech who came out to my home couldn’t answer basic questions such as what would the replacement look like and further exacerbated the problem making the ceiling fans inoperable. I was told I would hear back about the replacements the next day so I waited 3 business days before contacting about scheduling. My response came 2 days later when I was notified that they hadn’t done anything with the claim since coming out since there was a problem in the system. I called the warranty company immediately upon finding this out and get it corrected. Then I contact valley view who picks up the phone finally and is nothing but rude and complaining to me about the warranty company. When I tried to explain that I simply want an apology for the ball being dropped for the last week, this to be fixed ASAP and see that they have reviews of good customer service online, he laughs at me, says I should have the claim reassigned before hanging up the phone! Unacceptable customer service to know you’re stuck and not do anything about it for a full week and it’s even worse when you are rude and inconsiderate to the customers you are paid to help.

Ron came out and did a great job. Had some plug, switch and breaker issues. There was a small mixup with my warranty company, but Ron (owner) made it right by coming to fix the problem immediately and on the same day. Nice honest family owned buisness. I would recommend them.

Just wonderful! I had been dreading the hassle of getting an electrician in to do repairs, and these guys were an absolute pleasure. They were on time, communicated well with email and text, and now I can see what I'm doing in the kitchen with the new light fixture. Thanks Rob and Starr!
