Hired Jon and his crew for hot tub electrical. Excellent experience. My tub came with a bad blower motor that the retailer's sloppy service person tried to blame on the electrical breaker. Jon was the only one taking the matter seriously and made time to come check the next day. He was the one who diagnosed the problem with the tub.

He went above and beyond and I'd happily recommend him to anyone.

I cannot be happier with the customer service and quality of work! I spoke to Jon over the phone and he was able to give me a rough quote just based off photos and asking questions about the home. I really love that they price their work per foot of wire, so you don’t end up overpaying for materials based on a quote. Their quote came in as the best deal compared to others. I also felt confident in them knowing they specialize in spa hook ups.

The guys showed up right on time and were so respect and quick while working. You could tell everyone was very knowledgeable and took pride in their job. I am shocked they don’t have more raving reviews on here, it’s probably because they don’t ask customers to provide one. I would HIGHLY recommend.

We recently hired Mr. Austin Mutka of Arizona Spa Electric LLC to install an EV fast charger using an existing 240V line that was originally installed for a hot tub back in 2011 by his father, Mr. Jon Mutka. Though we no longer have the hot tub, Jon’s work held up beautifully and was fully up to code, with about 75 feet of wiring neatly enclosed in metal conduit around the perimeter of our home to the back patio. I’m so glad I saved his contact information all these years.

Austin, who apprenticed under his dad for over eight years, now runs the business. He and his crew arrived promptly at 7 a.m. and completed the job in about 3.5 hours. He extended the existing 50 AMP line another 75 feet into our garage—again, fully enclosed in metal conduit—and installed a clean, professional sub-panel. He also replaced the 10-gauge neutral wire to ensure everything was safe and up to code. The workmanship is excellent, and the price was very fair. I highly recommend this family-owned company—Mr. Austin Mutka of Arizona Spa Electric LLC—for any outdoor electrical needs.

Great to work with Austin and his team. I bought a new swim spa and he set up the electrical. He explained what he was doing at the beginning, at the end Austin went over every detail that was done and the invoice . Definitely will be using in the future to hook up the grill gazebo.

AZ Spa Electric is a family owned business that is licensed and bonded. Austin and his technicians reinstalled a 50 amp and 15 amp breaker box in my backyard to meet the needs of a new hot tub that I purchased. At my request, he came to my home, free of charge, to inspect my old box which had been installed 17 years ago. He provided three different estimates based on three different scenarios involving pulling new wires through existing underground flexible conduit or needing to dig a new trench. His attention to detail is remarkable. He addressed every single concern in a timely manner by texting in real time. His knowledge of code requirements and the importance of a "clean" install was made obvious at the end of the install when he sent me photos and explained exactly what he done including a minor code violation from the previous install that he repaired for free. I highly recommend Austin Mutka at AZ Spa Electric for any and all of your outdoor electrical needs. The quality of his work and his prices are spot on!

Austin and crew came out to do the electric work (220 VAC line, disconnect box, conduit) for our yet-to-arrive first hot tub. It was done super fast but also super quality. They then came back out to wire it up as the last step. They know the ins and outs of everything hot tub related, no shoddy work here, all quality.

They have also done 2 of my personal properties. These guys are legitimately the best in the business. Do not listen to the fake reviews posted on their page. They did a great job with our Solar Installation in late 2021, as we had some minor repair work needed in 2023.
Also, since we purchased SunPower Panels, and SunPower had a BK in late 2024, we lost the SunPower warranty
The team at Cool Blew, (Ken), was able to provide assistance and service with our system, and was very helpful.

Very disappointed with Super Home Warranty and Cool Blew. Would do negative if that was an option.

I am completely and totally dis-appointed with Super and Cool Blew.  The misalignment between Super and Cool Blew, no coordination with me and letting me know what was going on.  It took over a month just to ultimately put all the work back on my shoulders because I wasn't going to let Cool Blew screw me out of $2950 dollars to remove a water heater and sheet rock.  On top of that  I'm on a well, I've been hauling water as the well can't keep up, that cost me $360.00 extra this month on top of the leak detection from Cool Blew that cost another $265.00.  So all in all it cost me $700 for you to pay $800 and now I still have to get it all completed before Xmas.  Thanks for nothing.

I don't have that kind of money to throw away.  I've been a Super Customer for 3 years and cannot believe this is how the company treats its customers.  I will not be renewing this home warranty even if another home warranty costs more next September. Stay away from Cool Blew....unless you like to be jerked around and not communicated with.
