AZ Tile Grout did a very good job at restoring our floor. It was previously sealed by another company but whatever they used didn’t hold up and got dirty very quickly. These guys came and stripped the old sealer away, cleaned the floor and applied a different type of sealer. Our floors look brand new. Excellent job.

Ismael helped complete the following work in September 2021. Ismael couldn't have made this experience any better. From reaching out to me quickly after my request to completing the job, he was very responsive and clear in his communication.

I had a ~25 sq ft tile floor in a shower that had been wrecked by soap scum build up, hard water, and subsequent stains. I was ready to rip out the floor and have it replaced for ~$1000+ as I was told there was no salvaging it by a first opinion assessment.

Ismael with AZ Tile and Grout was a second opinion, who said restoration to about 70% of the original look was possible. He was straightforward about what was realistic. He provided me advice on maintenance after the restoration was completed. Ten months later, I’ve been able to maintain nearly his original work with monthly cleaning.

He communicated in a timely manner and spoke confidently. I would be happy to recommend his service!

My experience with AZ Tile Grout was fantastic, nothing but good things to say. I had gotten my travertine cleaned and repaired and they did an amazingly thorough job. They answered the first call, scheduled an estimate, had me booked early the next week, showed up on time, and restored my floor to its former look! Overall, Great work on floors and the young crew that I had was very accommodating to help move furniture where needed. Unable to get all the places however it was quickly resolved by reducing price based on sqft that was not able to be cleaned. One thing I would suggest is, personally I would feel better if they had indoor cleaning shoes or at least shoe covers during the job. It hurts me to see them going in and out with the same footwear, especially the main purpose is to have clean floors. 😅 but overall experience was great, i wouldn’t mind using them again.

AZ Tile Grout did a shower restoration job for us and it came out terrific. The shower looks like new. They did everything from top to bottom and I was shocked with what they were able to do. He was also very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Walked through every single step and made us feel very comfortable. Excellent work.

AZ tile grout did an amazing job with our tile and grout cleaning. We had just purchased a home here in Phoenix, AZ and the grout was in horrible shape. They were able to make the grout go from black to light gray. Definitely recommend these guys!

Quick, efficient and effective services. I don’t have any before pictures but our grout is very light in color and was very dirty in high traffic areas. It had also never been previously sealed so we had them clean and seal. The guys were friendly and professional and moved very quickly. Done much faster than anticipated and our floors look new again.
