Clark responded to my residence same day I called them. Very professional and gave me options to correct problem. I had a new heat pump/Ac installed within 4 days of my call. I would not hesitate to recommend Clark to all of our friends.

We had an AC installed by this company before the summer, and we were thrilled with the install and performance. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly explained his recommendations. Then today we had our first tune-up to get ready for the winter. First, they called to see if it would be okay to come 30 minutes earlier than the window previously given- great communication! Then, their technician Elijah showed up and was amazing! I have a very talkative and outgoing four year old and three year old, and he was so incredibly kind to them and explained what he was doing while working on our outside unit. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We’ve loved every experience with this company so far and would definitely recommend!

Contacted Clark Heating during holidays after HVAC stopped working. Dave inspected on a Monday, provided multiple options with reasonable pricing and installed new unit by Thursday. System works great and installation team was clean and professional. Highly recommend!

We have been customers for a few years and are always so satisfied with their service. The technicians who service the ac units are always polite and thorough when describing what needs to be done to maintain the longevity, but never put pressure on to make the sale. We have been able to maintain our 2 ac units for the past 4+ years with Clark after being told we needed to replace them with one of the big companies in town. After that experience, we decided to only call Clark! They are fantastic and I highly recommend them!

We’re regulars with Clark now. They’ve visited several times for routine maintenance and repairs. Elijah is a great technician. He knows his trade well and is always courteous during his visits.

12/10/25: It came time to replace a one of our units and we’re happy to have gone with Clark after receiving several quotes. The owner, David, came out to do a thorough inspection and walked us through the improvements he recommended. His approach stood out. He not only looked at the unit in question but the overall air flow of the home, safety issues, code violations, etc. and put forth a comprehensive proposal to improve the air quality and performance of our systems. He was thorough in explaining the value of the improvements, how it would benefit us and the longevity of our units. He helped us understand warranties, rebates and tax credits associated with options he presented. I felt comfortable sharing my questions and concerns and he addressed them professionally and competently. His install team was great. We would talk occasionally during the install and they’d share how things were coming along. It was a three-day job and they cleaned up after themselves every day. They owned up to a minor accident that occurred with a bathroom exhaust fan and made sure to quickly schedule a time to come back and fix it. After the install, David took new measurements of how our units were performing and showed me a side by side comparison of the improved results. It was really excellent work from start to finish.

Every time I've needed help with my AC, they've been consistently quick, kind, and helpful.

Earlier this week our AC finally kicked the curb and we needed to get a new one. David did a great job going through all of our options with me and helping me make the best choice for us. I felt like he really took the time to understand what our needs were, answered all of my questions, and helped me make the right decision for us. The techs that did the installation were a pleasure to work with, were knowledgable, and efficient.

No one loves spending money on their AC but it's much less painful working with a great company and great people.

Fast service. My AC went out they were able to come out same day. Fixed problem in less than 30 minutes. Isiah was very friendly sad helpful. I’d highly recommend.

Our second time using Clark for A/C issues and the second time they nailed it. In less than an hour each time they diagnosed and repaired our air. Also, the work was preformed the next day. Thoroughly happy with them and would highly recommend!

Clark Heating and Cooling did a great job with my Supply Plenum Box replacement. They were kind, communicative and efficient. I have used them multiple times to service my A/C and it has always been an excellent experience.

I always know when I have a problem with my AC Clark heating and cooling will be there promptly and ready to fix whatever it might be. I never feel like I’m getting ripped off or taken advantage of. Best HVAC company in town.

Clark Heating and Cooling live up to the “Spirit of Aloha” they advertise. I had a critical issue with my AC unit in the height of the AZ summer and Dave came in on a Sunday, diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. His team followed up quickly on Monday with parts in hand and completed the work. It can be hard to find a reliable contractor but I assure you Clark will exceed expectations. Mahalo! 🌺
