He was professional, efficient, a great communicator and was able to fix my AC unit just before I was about to sell my house by simply replacing the capacitor. Dave came out right away as my current unit stopped working. He was the only one who offered to actually look at the unit with intent to repair instead of automatically selling me on a new one. Due to the condition of my roof, he was unable to provide me any additional service, but I would 100% recommend Clark Heating and Cooling just based of honesty and customer service.

Clark Heating and Cooling was referred to me by a friend who had used them for years. They did not disappoint! The communication from the initial phone call to the completion of the service call was excellent. Eric showed up when promised and completed the work in an organized and timely fashion. Within 30 minutes I had communication from the office that the job was complete with photos of each step of the service call. This company exudes honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend them.

David Clark came highly recommended for AC duct work in my home. Previous installation proved to be incorrect duct work for the size unit I have, making the unit work harder and continually run, which came with extremely high utility bills during our hot summers. David was very thorough on his initial inspection and understood our issues. His estimate included a breakdown of work required, photos of our current duct work, drawing of his planned work and patience to verbally explain the work he was recommending. We were able to schedule the work very quickly and his team arrived promptly at the scheduled time. It was a big job with vaulted ceilings and they worked sun up to sundown to get it all finished. They removed all the old and installed new, so I was very happy to see that the installers were very meticulous in cleaning up everything before they left. The true test will come as soon as the temps increase in coming months, but I'm very happy with their work and confident that we will have a cool house without the high bills this summer. Highly recommend David and his team for any work that you need!!

Having Clark Heating & Cooling replace my 18 year old HVAC System in my town home was a First Class experience.

They showed up on time, protected the inside of my home as they installed all new equipment in the attic, new digital wi-fi thermostat, and a new 16 Seer outdoor unit.

It's super quiet, efficient, and economical. These guys truly have the "Aloha" spirit. Dave is the owner, and what I can say is he is transparent, tells it like it is, and does what he says he is going to do for you. In my opinion, that is what you want from a Heating & Cooling company.

I look forward to seeing them annually for maintenance on the system as that is what insures my awesome parts and labor 10-year warranty which includes the refrigerant if the system needs to be topped off.

These days, it seems to be difficult to find a great contractor. I highly recommend that if you have an HVAC need you give these guys a go.

The scheduling department is awesome and very accommodating. I don’t remember my technician’s name but he was a younger man with cool neck tattoos. He was super friendly/polite and worked quickly and quietly.

Our tech Eric did a great job identifying the issue with one unit and providing regular maintenance on the other unit. Super friendly with our dog and kid and respectful of the property. Would highly recommend Clark Heating + Cooling!

CHC replaced my home AC system on 21Jun2024 (117F and muggy!). My old system was a high performing 19 yr old American Standard product where the compressor died of old age. My new system is same as my old system except a York product. It is a 5 ton split system with gas furnace / air blower / controller and evaporator heat exchanger, located in a central closet inside the house, and condenser heat exchanger / 3 phase compressor, located in a cabinet on the ground outside. It took two technicians Gabe, and Robert, 8 hrs to remove the previous equipment, install the new equipment, adjust controls/fluids and clean the jobsite. Everything but the house mounted control wires and refrigerant lines was replaced. The new system seems reliable and performs very well.

The workspace in the central closet was very challenging requiring CHC to carefully plan and execute the disassembly/removal of the old equipment and assembly/installation of the new equipment. I was very pleased they completed all the work in one day at a price under $10k. There were no unexpected costs or changes and CHC disposed of all the old equipment and related trash. Robert and Gabe were very professional and surprisingly robust in the horrible heat.
