Sean and Trask serviced both our units today including inspection, cleaning and testing of pressures and temperature differential. Sean called ahead of time to advise they were on the way. Once the service was completed, they explained everything thoroughly and made sure everything was clean before leaving. They have some maintenance options for us to review and we are considering those as our units age. I highly recommend State 48 Home Services.

The State 48 team were lifesavers when our air conditioning went out the week that it was going to be 100° and we were supposed to be having guests for a party in 5 days! Sean was very responsive; he came out for a consultation that same day and we found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced and he offered an excellent competitive price, as well as a great warranty for a full HVAC system. The install team Stefan & Chris arrived promptly on the am and installed the entire system in 8 hours, explained everything that they had done in great detail. They were very clean and respectful, and even swept up the area & our garage path after they were done. We found the entire team provided very meticulous, professional service and we would highly recommend them to any of our family, friends and neighbors.

We just had our 18 year old units replaced by State 48. The team of Stacy, Peter, Martin and Sayber were amazing to work with! Their communication, punctuality, cleanliness and follow-through was 5 Star! Thanks for taking care of me and my family!

My entire experience with State 48 has been fantastic to say the least. All the way from Peter, who came to show us options in person on different systems to see what would best fit our homes HVAC system. I had been shopping with another company and Peter managed to get me a better price as well so we ended up signing with State 48 and Peter. We went with the upgraded Bosch system which is night and day. We got the installers out the following Monday and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Our installers Martin and Loui we're very friendly and walked us through the entire process. They were there for about 6 hours so we did treat them to some pizza. We had some concerns after installation which Peter had addressed everything which was just fantastic and followed up on every word. You can't go wrong with State 48. I found them on Google review and they came highly recommended. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience in purchasing our brand new AC unit for our home.

Great people to work with! Had a no cool issue and called them to schedule an appointment. They sent someone out right away and the two techs had the issue solved and my ac back up and working in less then an hour and prices were very competitive! 10/10 would recommend state 48! Thank you!

Chris came out at the time he stated, and did an amazing job. Explaining what he was doing and how the system is working. Everything checked and cleaned.

I needed my HVAC system replaced and got quotes from several companies. State 48 and Sean Meier was by far the most professional and clearly explained the benefits of each option for my home. The install crew of Martin, Loui and George arrived when expected and were able to complete the entire install by early that afternoon. They also kept in close contact to keep me and my tenant updated. Great job State 48!

The technicians Austin and Bryan did a terrific job the day of. They were meticulous when it came to the details of making sure our entire attic was covered with the right amount of insulation. They took before and after photos to show us what work was completed, which was very reassuring. They also kept the working space so clean that you wouldn't have even known that anybody had been doing work in our attic after they left.

We will definitely be hiring State 48 Home Services for all our future HVAC and insulation needs!

Sean Meier arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He conducted a annual inspection and maintenance on our home heating and air conditioning system. He was very helpful giving an overview of the tasks he performed and the importance of these maintenance tasks. Answered all my questions. Strongly recommend this service.

Gabriel came out and fixed our heater that was not working after another tech spent an hour trying to figure it out.

We contacted State 48 and spoke to the owner Peter who offered a complimentary second opinion. Stacy called promptly to schedule. A senior technician Sean came to the house . He was professional and gave good information without scare tactics. This was a very positive experience.

Quick and responsive. Purchased a new rooftop packaged unit system, installation was fast and professional.

We decided to replace our 15+ year old ac with a Bosch system. I got estimates and had discussions with three locals from the Bosch approved list. All three were well qualified and within a close range.

What distinguished State 48 Home Services started with Sean’s estimate visit. I had done my research, and Sean answered all my remaining questions. We settled on a “hybrid” heat pump and air handler combo that was a little less expensive but still qualified for the federal tax credit. When I asked about “interest free” financing, he showed me how much that would cost up front. First time a contractor has been that honest.

Stacy worked hard to get our install done ASAP, but listened to and accommodated our schedule restrictions.

Matin and Sayber and one other man did our installation. They were patient while I intruded and took pictures of things I would not be able to see later, like the plenums before and after the air handler. Sayber installed the thermostat independently and ensued I knew how to set up the app.

Martin ran his team professionally, and handled those issues that always pop up like the prone is. He communicated with me frequently and ensured I was aware of complications. He listened to some off the wall suggestions without disdain, listening carefully and letting me reach my own decisions.

I highly recommend the team at State 48. As a bonus, I learned that the owner hires recent graduates of tech training programs to work with his experienced staff to grow their skills. The upside is that qualified experts stay that way by teaching novice journeymen.

I appreciate your company.Stacy in the office had Trask come and help me with my 19 year old AC unit.He got it going,but it w as time for a new and better unit(it stopped 3 days later).Stacy helped me through the process answering my questions and communicating always.Trask was polite,informative,and extremely nice.We had another technician out to check the measurements so there was no errors and yesterday Martin and his team were at my house switching out the AC's.If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend them.

Great experience from State 48 with Sean and Stacy. They installed our new units 4 years ago and came back out for our seasonal prep. Friendly and flexible service as we had to reschedule due to rain but also very thorough as always. Showed me mfd ratings on caps, checked amperage on all components, and provided images of all. Also great advice on options for a hot room where I can likely just add a wall vent to get the performance I want when most other companies are more than happy to just throw more returns and vents in at a higher cost.

I highly recommend State 48 for a new AC system! Pete came out and looked over all of our 18 year old equipment, he spent extra time in the attic identifying why we had a room that was always several degrees warmer than the rest of the house. They were able to reroute some ducting and now the room is very comfortable. We shopped 3 different companies and chose State 48 because of their honest straight forward approach to business and Peter taking the time to want to fix our hot room. The other bids we got said it was normal to have hot rooms and did not take the time to even attempt to fix it. We ultimately decided on the Rheem units and have been very happy with the performance so far. Stacy in the office was excellent with communication and follow through, she even went above and beyond and registered our warranty with Rheem for us! Martin, Loui and Sayber did excellent work, were kind, courteous of our home and put down special tarps to walk on as to not damage our white carpet. They even identified another piece of duct work in the attic that was pinched and took the extra time to fix that as well. The thing that impressed me the most is after the install they sent out Sean to QC the entire job, validating everything was done correctly. I have never seen a company provide that extra level of service, top notch! This company truly cares about their customers and the quality of work they deliver. Truly a 5 star experience!

State Forty-Eight did a great job installing a new Bosch unit and running new ductwork on my house. They completed the project in two days and were very efficient. Sean did a great job managing the project and the crews to complete the project very timely. The team was very easy to work with and professional. Highly recommend!

Loved how professional and courteous they were throughout the entire installation of the new A/C unit. Speaking with Stacey over the phone to set the appointment. She is amazing super friendly and super kind. Very happy they were flexible with a time frame that best fit my needs. Martin and Louis where the guys who installed the A/C unit and they were very thorough, even though I had already sort of cleared off a bit of the area where clothes was where they would go into the attic for the crawlspace. He was amazing. He put plastic wrap around the rest of my clothing and belongings in my walk around the closet, and make sure it taped up so that way nothing would fall onto my clothes or things even after they were done they vacuumed whatever was on the floor and left it nice and clean like if they were never there. Thank you for such a first great experience!!!

Stacy and Sean were both awesome. From Stacy setting up my appointment and talking through the maintenance plans to Sean coming out and performing my maintenance on my unit. Sean was also one of the installers when I bought my unit several years ago. He is very knowledgeable!!
