The State Forty-Eight crew installed my new HVAC unit today. Installers Bryan and Duanys were, professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the day. I would have no hesitation to utilize State Fourty-Eights’ services in the future.

Beyond impressed the level of service that I've received since working with Sean and Stacie at State 48 over the past year. If you're in the Phoenix metropolitan area and in-market for a new HVAC system, system repairs, or just looking to setup an annual maintenance plan, I highly recommend working with Sean and Stacie. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Sean Meier came today to do our once a year preventative maintenance. He’s an outstanding technician. Explained everything he did this morning. Answered all of questions, and made us feel so glad we made the decision to use State 48 Home Services a year ago. We would absolutely recommend anyone to use your company for there heating and a/c needs.
One more comment about Stacey your scheduling person who we talked to several times on the phone to make the reservation for Sean to come out. She was extremely helpful and accommodating to us. There is nothing fun or exciting about having all of your HVAC ductwork in a 1950's house replaced but, if ya gotta do it, have THESE FOLKS do it! Martin & Isidro were so nice and professional over the two days of work! It's a pretty messy job with all the new vents being cut into the ceiling and they were so good about covering everything and cleaning up! Thank you to Sean for patiently and thoroughly answering my many questions and thank you Stacy for your consistent communication and follow-up. This company is what you WISH ALL contractors were like!

From start t finish to follow up (quality check) State 48 has been outstanding! Our first experience was with Sean who was our sales person. He was knowledgeable and very personable. He spent time assessing what we needed and presenting different options. Something he did well and way better than other quotes was he focused on his company and how they could make our home comfortable. He didn’t slander or talk down about other companies which impressed us. After discussing what we wanted, I cancelled the other companies we were scheduled to get quotes with and signed with State 48. Sean and State 48 had been my third quote and at the time I had 3 other quotes scheduled. I wasn’t looking for lowest price I was looking for customer focus and total value. Sean and State 48 checked all boxes for us. Then came installation scheduling. We knew we needed two weeks before we would be ready and Stacy worked perfectly with me to fit our timing. So far both Sean and Stacy were making our decision that much better. Installation was going to take two days. On installation day Martin and his crew were on time, communicated what they were going to do for the two days, they were neat and protected our walls and carpet. They installed the upstairs unit and had it working day one. Day two on time again and redid all the protection of the house. They had the second unit done and cleaned up by the end of the day as promised. They were clean inside and outside the house. The old units were picked up each day. It was great to see that kind of pride, cleanliness and work ethic. We also had insulation installed in the attic to help with the heating and cooling. This was done a week later. Once again Stacy was fantastic working with me in getting this scheduled. Trask and his partner showed up on time and once again protected the inside of the house. He was in the attic about half the day and did a great job! They cleaned up and just like with the install inside the house you couldn’t tell they had been there.
They also scheduled a quality check follow up a couple weeks later and Sean came back and ran through the whole system to ensure installation was correct, everything was working properly and spent time reviewing the system with me.

State 48 should be your first call when looking to replace, repair or maintain your HVAC equipment. You can be confident they will take care of you and are friendly professionals

I started my experience with State 48 with my initial phone call and spoke with Stacy the office manager. She was friendly, professional and answered everyone of my questions concerning the problem I was having with my A/C unit. She is extremely excellent at her job. She set up an appointment with Sean, who came out on time and called me when he was 20 minutes away for my appointment. He was personable and knowledgeable and had my unit up and running efficiently. I would without hesitation recommend State 48 to anyone that needs this type of service. I won’t deal with any other company other than State 48. Peter, owner at State 48 Home Services, rescued me in June, 2021 when my rental home needed a new A/C unit. So this year, knowing that my home unit was going to die soon, I called Peter for the lowdown on prices and availability. Bottom line... I ended up with a great Bosch 19 Seer unit at a price I couldn't refuse. Oscar and Rodolfo did the install. They should be commended for their professional and orderly work. They even reworked the ducting to let the new system run at peak efficiency. Also, kudos to Sean who came over later for a post install inspection. A team win!

After speaking to Stacy On Wednesday, 5/12/2025, Sean came to my home in Surprise to do my HVAC service and an insulation check. Sean assured me the insulation was adequate. He also showed me the photos of my attic which was reassuring. I have lived since 2020 and State 48 Home Services is the first company that I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for HVAC, Water Heater and plumbing new systems and maintenance. WOW! I spoke to Stacy in the office and couldn’t have been more impressed. I will be needing to replace water heater within a couple of years so I will be looking at the maintenance plans for the discount when time comes.

Stacy from State 48 was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to speak with. She provided clear, informative explanations about how, why, and what to expect from regular air conditioner maintenance, and made the long-term benefits easy to understand. She truly got the process started smoothly and was incredibly helpful throughout the conversation. Bottom line; if you call STATE 48 ask for Stacy!!
From there; State 48 Home Services dispatched a technician named Tony to service my four air conditioning units, and the experience was outstanding. Tony was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the visit. He not only completed the necessary work efficiently, but also took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and why, answering every question I had in a way that was easy to understand.

He consistently went above and beyond the scope of his duties—most notably by cleaning multiple ceiling areas and air-conditioning vent covers that had been left dirty by previous technicians. His attention to detail and pride in his work did not go unnoticed and were greatly appreciated.

If you choose to work with State 48 Home Services, I highly recommend requesting Stacey & Tony. They are true assets to the company!!

We sat down with 10 different hvac companies, after speaking with Sein Meier at State 48 Home Services for a solid 45 minutes, we were sold. Sein was very professional, knowledgeable, very friendly, and provided answers to all my questions.

This is a must company to go to for your AC needs our Technicians name was Bryan he was amazing Kind and courteous of our time he was very informative. He let us know what he was doing as he was going through the process, he was very clean. He cleaned up after himself. I love the fact that he stayed in communication with me about things he was not just out to get money. He was out to make sure the job was done right at a fair price, the company itself is awesome. I would highly recommend them to all my friends family anyone.

The State48 team is an excellent. Very easy to work with. Had 2 new units installed May-22 and the process was very rewarding. Peter’s team from Sean down to guys like Chris have proven to be very “comforting”, just like the AC/Heating systems. They all worked with me to get the system I thought was best for my needs and the recent yearly maintenance follow up was a breeze. Chris was fantastic and he indulged me in a little conversation that proved to be informative as well as fun. Trustworthy and knowledgeable are their hallmarks.

I don't know how they do it... They are so well orchestrated and tightly managed. They always pick up the phone on the first ring. They are friendly and polite and proactive and reasonably priced.

Peter runs a great team there with Stacy on dispatch and Sean running the field crew. We are on their annual service plan for all three homes, and they have built so much trust and professional equity with my family that we now just call or text when we have a problem and trust that they will take care of it. And they always do.

State 48 home services was referred to us by a friend. We decided to go with them for our AC replacement. There was some challenging aspects to installing our air handler and our installers were professional and worked through the obstacles. We are very pleased with the service we have received from State 48 including the follow up and making sure we are happy with our new AC unit. So far everything‘s working great and we are very happy with our purchase.

This is a little long, but worth the read if you want an excellent HVAC company. It is easy to get 5 star ratings when everything goes well, but when you have problems, that really tests a companies metal! Sean was great at making the bid, very detailed and professional. Oscar was the installer and he was working very hard and did excellent work, then his rookie helper accidently put his foot through the ceiling taking down my sheetrock and dinning room light. As a former paramedic, I was glad the helper was not hurt, but my ceiling was a mess. They cleaned it up and said they would have a sheetrock guy out later the same day! They were right, he was there at 5pm to 6:30 and did such good work it looked better than before!! After the install I had one room that was 10-11 degrees hotter than the house, after a few trips out Oscar came out with the equipment to put in another vent, and they did it for free! I feel like because of the ceiling, but I was NOT expecting that and was so pleased!! My house is old and this was the only way to take care of that room, I have no internal dampers. Now the room is only 3 degrees different, I mean who does that any more?? All I can say is if you need a company that is professional, hard working and honest State 48 is the only way to go!!!!!!!
