Sammy is an amazingly competent and caring professional. He answered all my questions thoroughly, arrived on time, worked very hard to get the a/c replaced and dealt with the challenges with the location of the unit. I am scheduling replacement of the second unit because he is the best.

What an excellent experience with Total Heating & Cooling. Sammy and his crew were such a pleasure to work with. I have now found my go-to A/C company! They were so pleasant, honest and reasonable and clearly have integrity, which is such a rarity in my experience. The work was done promptly and professionally and there were no attempts to upcharge or sell me something I didn't need. Wonderful experience overall, and I would highly recommend using them for all of your A/C and HVAC needs.

I am so glad I went with Total Care! Sammy gave me great service at a great price. It has been over 4 months since my install and I love my AC!
