David came out quickly to deal with our water pressure issue. We contacted Epcor to deal with things on their end and David stayed and waited until they arrived. It was great to have someone knowledgeable here to speak with the city to get to the root of the issue. Our issue was found then by David and remedied.
We couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of this issue. He explained everything so that we could understand and was very pleasant. -

How refreshing to have a service provider like Aurora plumbing ! I called them in the morning and David was out to evaluate, quote and schedule not only 1 but 2 jobs at my home. I was actually scheduled based on my availability as priority, both projects, 1 visit! I will only use and highly recommend them.

Dave called just before arriving & was very knowledgeable about changing my back water spigot that was leaking & very reasonable price wise. His wife set up appointment & let me know if we had to reschedule. Will definitely use again.
