8/28/25 As a repeat customer, I trust Flow Tech for all my plumbing needs. Well, due to a sudden water heater emergency (which caused water damage) I immediately called them. Christine was very helpful in sending Tyler out asap. To shorten this up, Tyler (always a pleasure to work with!) took care of everything, including calling the restoration company, who showed up quickly. Aaron installed the new water heater and he was very kind as well. I have nothing but happy positive feedback for Flow Tech and everyone I've dealt with. Thank you!

Had a great experience, came out same day and had water heater replaced within a few hours. Knowledgeable courteous and professional! Cleaned up better than it was when they got here!

Tyler with Flow Tech Plumbing did an excellent job on what started out to be a normal toilet swap out. After removing the old toilet it was determined that some extensive work had to be done below the floor line. New flange, chisel concrete, etc. Tyler was very polite, and very professional, Tyler knows his plumbing and I would highly recommend him and Flow Tech Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work. Aaron from Flow Tech Plumbing came quickly when we called for help with a suspected gas leak. He was friendly and respectful -- a pleasure to work with. Aaron quickly found and fixed the issue and checked to make sure everything else was good. What a relief! Next time I need plumbing work, I'll be calling Flow Tech. Highly recommended!

Aaron came out for the quote and explained what he was going to do. I had gotten 8 quotes from different plumbing companies and decided on using Flow Tech for two reasons cost, and the professional presentation from Aaron. When he came out to do the project I was so impressed by the quality of work and the pride Aaron showed in his work ethics’s. He is definitely an asset for the company. Tyler from Flow Tech Plumbing has been awesome. The day before Thanksgiving he came out, brought Adams restoration with him and stayed until everything was taken care of, which was pretty late. Tyler does a great job, he's professional, super nice, honest and that's hard to find these days. I highly recommend him.

Aaron was at my home on time very prompt, very nice and courteous. He had our plumbing issue fixed in a very timely manner. We were very impressed with the office staff as well as the tech Aaron. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to speak with. We will definitely use them for all our future plumbing needs.

Aaron Everett was my technician and was absolutely amazing - professional, courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, and a patient listener. He was a class act through and through. He listened to my installation plan and added some great suggestions.The end result was fantastic. He is a true class act. Would also like to acknowledge Christine who scheduled and communicated arrival times. Very courteous, helpful, timely and joy-filled/enthusiastic. The cost of the project was a few bucks more than I calculated, but the service and satisfaction made it worth it.

We had an issue with our box that connects the lines up to the washer and dryer. Jon came in and replaced the box and also redid the pex lines in the wall.Jon was great, very knowledgeable and made everything really neat and clean on the drywall cut.

Aaron came out to fix my gas line and did a fantastic job. He was very flexible to work with and was very professional. I will be using him again and recommend him to friends and family. He was fantastic to work with.

I had a leak in my main supply line from the meter to my house. Aaron responded quickly and kept me updated about everything that was going on. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs .

I’ve used Flow Tech twice now, I was lucky to have Aaron as my tech for both calls, I say this because he not only does a great job and is easy to talk too, but went beyond what the call was originally for by fixing a small issue underneath the bathroom sink which took 10 minutes. If I were to need Flow Tech again I would request Aaron.

Tyler of Flow Tech Plumbing, along with his partner, did an absolutely fantastic job solving our recent sewer line problem. During a sewer scope inspection, our sewer line was found to have an intrusion ot tree roots. A short length of pipe (2 -3 feet) had heavy, almost solid root growth. It was hard to believe that inside our home we could not notice any blockage, as all plumbing flowed as per design. One company wanted to excavate, remove and replace the entire 66 foot long sewer line-from the clean out to the street. I was told that our single guilty tree would have to be de-limbed, de-rooted and removed.
Flow Tech and their hard-working techs to the rescue. With their less destructive plan, Tyler and his co-worker came out and dug down roughly 8 feet to where the root intrusion at the junction of the abs and adjacent pipe. A short section of pipe (with the roots inside) was cut out, and replaced with another length of new pipe.
Tyler and his co-worker did all of this excavation shovels. Very hard work digging in this clay, caliche, and hard pan. Because of a hard rain the first afternoon, they had to come back and finish their work the next morning.
So a tree was saved and their work is guaranteed for 20 years.

I do not usually do reviews, but this company and in particular Aaron are fantastic! I had a water heater problem and the company sent out Aaron within a few hours. He diagnosed the problem and determined the unit need to be replaced. He provided clear reasons why and a fair price. What I like most is the attitude of Aaron and his knowledge. No one wants to have a plumber come to their house, but I actually enjoy seeing Aaron and his smiling face. These guys are clean, professional and their appointment systems are great. Highly recommend.
