After dealing with a mysterious sewer gas smell for two long months, we were at our wit’s end. Multiple people had come out to troubleshoot it—no one could find the source. Then came Aaron, and within one visit he had it diagnosed, explained, and completely fixed with skill, professionalism, and genuine care. The relief we felt when our space finally smelled fresh again was indescribable!

We were so impressed that we had him come back to install a reverse osmosis system for our fridge water and even set up our countertop soda fountain. As expected, he delivered flawless work—clean, efficient, and beautifully done.

Gas Connection for outdoor Weber. Aaron was my technician and he was extremely professional. Aaron answered all my questions about the project, ordered a connection for Weber as I wanted two quick connect locations, and left the work area spotless. I appreciated his patience and the thoroughness of his work. I would definitely recommend this company, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future!

EXCELLENT customer service starting with the front-desk person. Put self in a jam by trying to do my own work, but was not successful. Called Flow Tech for help, they got Jon Everett (plumber) out that same afternoon.

Jon was professional; patient in explaining what needed to be done; provided an "on-sight" estimate to complete the task, and when I agreed to the price, he got right to work. He was very HELPFUL with answering my questions/concerns, and RESPECTFUL of my home.

Aaron Everett from FlowTech Plumbing made a service call to my 93 year old mothers house in Sun City AZ today. My mom called Flow Tech and they came out “same day” to estimate a repair on her GE Dishwasher. My mother told Aaron a “Garbage Disposal “ was installed 2 days prior. Aaron spotted the problem within 2 minutes after looking at the Garbage Disposal installation under the sink and noticed the PLUG wasn’t removed, as it should have been. Aaron took a minute to “fix” the problem and told my mother he was done. I cannot say enough about Aaron’s expertise, his ability to diagnose the problem so quickly and his super friendly attitude. We would recommend FlowTech to anyone with a plumbing need in Sun City or anywhere they serve in The Valley. Thank you Aaron & FlowTech. My experience with Jon at Flow tech plumbing was great. Installed a water softener for me within two hours at a great price! Was a very clean and precise install. Highly recommend!

My cast iron drain lines underneath my house has reached its end of life and I needed replacement. I initially was thinking it was going to be a teardown mess because of the need to break-up the flooring and concrete underneath and lots of digging to get access to all the drain lines. I was pleasantly surprise to learned that there is an alternative way which minimizes teardown and it is called trenchless drain line replacement. There are different versions of this technology but I choose to install new drain line for the whole house. After research, I decided on Phoenix Pipelining Trenchless Drain Pros/Flow Tech Plumbing as they have excellent Google reviews and many happy customers. Working with Tyler from scheduling the job to completion end, I am pleased with the job completion results. Tyler is very knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, and he and his crew will do whatever it takes to make you comfortable in your house as the work is being done. Although the job by its very nature is messy, they took all the necessary precautions to masked all affected walls and flooring. The crew was organized and neat while performing their work. Clean-up was thorough. So if you are in need to replace an old drain line and looking for a company that is very experienced with trenchless pipe replacement and at a fair price, give Tyler a call and he will take care of you.
