Very disappointed at this Company. Communication was horrible. Services were NOT performed as reported to us !

Fast, professional, reliable.

Since our move to Phoenix a year ago we have had a lot of issues with professionalism in businesses and rarely even get called backs. We've had multiple no shows and been ghosted after arranging appointments.This company is the exception and a shining example of what their competitors should aspire to. They will get ALL of our future business.

My wife and I have used Blue Cactus for various pool projects in the past few years. We recommend them! The job is always done right. They are reliable and on time. The price is fair.

Called, emailed and finally got a response. Needed pool light replaced and weekly maintenance scheduled. Scheduled for 6/12/24, waited all day and cancelled appointments just to have them no show and no call. Reliability important to me!

Exceptional Organization! Thomas and Carlo were fantastic in how they communicated, their responsiveness, and most importantly the knowledge, service, and quality were second to none. They stepped up in a time crunch to help us out and everything was done at a very reasonable price. We felt like they really cared about helping us as opposed to just trying to make a buck. My old pool pump was on its last legs. Arizona law states new pumps must be dual-speed or better to save on energy. I decided I could cut energy costs most by getting a new variable speed pump. I went to all the big pool supply stores in metro Phoenix but ran into one problem after another: pump was out of stock or long wait for installation or price was sky-high. So my plan was to buy the pump online for cheap -- then get it professionally installed by a reliable local company. Enter Blue Cactus Pool -- with manager Thomas Birkel! First off, I wanted a company with official credentials. When it comes to water & high-volt electricity I'm not one to take risks with some do-it-yourself'er -- I want somebody who is trained & experienced & licensed & bonded & insured. Upon investigation with AZ Registrar of Contractors, Blue Cactus has ALL the necessary credentials. Second off, I wanted somebody that was responsive & answered my texts & e mails & voice messages. I don't like to be put on hold for 20 minutes or waiting for days to hear back or feeling totally ignored. Thomas Birkel was not only speedy with his communications, but he focused on what I asked & what I wanted -- as opposed to trying to sell me what he wanted. And last but not least, Blue Cactus got me a price -- for a brand new famous-name state-of-the-art variable speed pump -- at a fantastic price lower than anything I could find on the internet, let alone in a store. So long story short I ended up just letting Blue Cactus Pool take care of everything for me: the pump; the installation; & changing out the sand in my filter. I highly recommend Blue Cactus Pool because they took my pool project & made everything so simple & easy & uncomplicated for me -- which is exactly what professional pool people should do.

I just recently purchased a home with a pool I have never owned a pool before and thus, knew nothing about how to care for one. I contacted Blue Cactus and Thomas (the owner) immediately told me that one of his most experienced technicians would be available to provide weekly pool service. The technician has been to my house every week for the past month and is extremely thorough on identifying what needs to be done to my pool, such as, what chemicals need to be added and whether my filter needs cleaning. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Blue Cactus Pool Service.

Disappointed in the services received. Living Water Pool bought the prior company I had been using with zero issues for four years. In one month Living Water cost me an additional $140+ to correct their mistakes. Sadly, it seemed Carlo did not care.
My spa was drained due to needed repair and they decided to fill it without permission? Ok fine could have asked us but easy enough to drain again (just extra money on our water bill) then they proceeded to completely change the schedule on my pump from day hours to night hours? Not sure why, never asked us, just came to our home and decided they wanted to change things and make decisions without involving the home owner?
Reached out to Carlo (I believe the owner) about the spa, didn't get an apology or even show any concern just sent his worker back out. When I noticed the pump had been changed without my request or knowledge I had contacted him again to cancel, when explaining my issues again no apology no empathy no concern just "ok you've been canceled". It's crazy that I can be with the same company for four years with no issues and in the first month of Living Water managing my pool it's been issues weekly. I had to pay a new pool company to come out and correct the pump and to replace a broken pressure gauge that Living Water didn't tell us about. The last two workers they had out also seem to have little respect for our property. They emptied the skimmer and vacuum into my grass and onto the decking instead of into the trash? When one of them came back to drain the spa they wrongfully filled they just said "well it was empty" in response to why did you fill it? It seems overall they have pretty good reviews so I guess I'm a one off issue but the lack of customer service for a newly acquired customer really was the deciding factor for me to no longer proceed with Living Water Pools

Pump went out. They fixed it the next day and also removed the cracked cement that the old pump was on and put a new base down so the new pump was level. Highly recommend them. Hard workers and great customer service also

I had B Pickedy over to re do our pump filter and add a salt chlorinator. The job she did was beautiful and professional She showed up on the day she said she would, and had it done a few hours later.. She also tutored the wife on the equipment and the pool with the cicuppool salt chlorinator was clear less than a day and a half later, ready for action.
Would use them again without a second thought.
