I had this company out to service a GE Profile gas cooktop where the valve would not completely shut off and continue to disperse gas from the top and had to manually shut off the valve beneath in the cabinet. "Nick" the technician performed the service and said all is fixed and replaced an "igniter". I assumed the valve was adjusted to work correctly and $265 later, he was gone. My wife tried the cooktop later that night and said it is still broke and won't shut off. We called back to this company and got all the excuses from saying a manager will call back, the service technician will come back out, etc. I have called this company the past 4 days, twice a day and now they are hanging up the phone and not even talking to me. I contacted my credit card company to refute the charges and filing a case of fraud. This company is a SCAM! Don't make the mistake I did and listen to the positive reviews on here as I believe they are most all set up responses to promote higher scores. Believe me, this is not a legitimate company you want to deal with. Just look at the address listed for the company, not a business building or location. And, people on the phone that can barely speak English! Terrible.
