THE WORST!!
Ilya is so rude and not very helpful. My fridge had a 10 yr warranty for my issue.. warranty for item was fully covered (whirlpool was amazing!!) having no fridge in Phx summer unacceptable! Several Weeks later, I had to buy new fridge due NO RESPONSE FROM URBAN!! Stay away from this company!!! -

Dishwasher started making some loud noises, I called Urban Appliance and they were able to send someone out next day to look at it. Jaleel quickly identified the problem, was able to get parts ordered and come back a couple days later. He was very professional and provided prompt service, as well as communicating via text to confirm our appointment and let me know when he was on the way. Highly recommended!!

I was hopeful about this business! Ilya came out twice and tried to repair my fridge - he was quick to make the repairs. Unfortunately neither repair worked and while he initially offered to refund part of the payment he became non-responsive when I followed up and I never received my partial refund.
