I am extremely happy with the chimney sweep service I received from K.V. Chimney Cleaning. These days, it’s rare to find such great customer care and professionalism. Jamie handled everything with amazing attention to detail. After a storm, I needed my chimney inspected and repaired. Jamie responded quickly, provided a clear estimate, and walked me through every step of the process. He was there on site the whole time, not just managing from afar. Jamie even took before and after photos so I could see all the work that was done, and the price I was quoted is exactly what I paid. While up on the roof, Jamie also noticed a bathroom vent that needed some repair work. Thanks to his careful inspection, he pointed out that the flashing had worn away and there was a small hole where water could get in. This could have turned into a much bigger problem, but he caught it early and took care of it. I really appreciate the thorough work and honest approach. I’d even recommend this company to my own family!
