Starlight homes subs a ton of their new builds out to Sierra Verde and As a recent buyer of a starlight home, I can tell that their work is shoddy at best. Their customer service and response to warranty items is even worse. How some of these past county inspection is a question that boggles me... There were so many code violations on my house and almost every house on my street that leads me to believe a real real inspection by the county wasn't done. All that to say, Sierra Verde doesn't value quality at all. They push out homes as fast as they can and Id think twice about using them for major jobs

One of their trucks driving down s 16st this morning with garbage blowing out the back. You could tell the driver knew as every time a piece flew out he would hit the brakes. Just kept right on going though, instead of trying to cover the load.

Their driver hit my Ram truck backing up into me, I was honking my horn, waving my hand out the window and the driver still kept going and hit me. My brakes were applied. The driver was negligent and not paying attention and all of this would have been avoided. Their insurance is trying to put the blame 50/50 saying it’s my fault as well when that’s not true at all. Their huge white sprinter hit the back of my truck at a Chipotle. Their insurance Agent Martin has been extremely rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant. Hopefully the owner can take accountability and reach out for his company actions and fix the damage of my truck instead of trying to put some blame on me.

This company was hired by the contracting company I hired to add a bathroom to my house. Pretty much ever step of the project was a nightmare. Some key issues:
1. They destroyed my yard and never fixed it after promising several times to fix it.
2. They did not measure key plumbing pipes right and ended up having to jack hammer the foundation 3 times to make it right.
3 .The foundation they poured cracked in half 2 months after being poured.
4. They were off so much on the foundation that they had to cut the pre-engineered roof supports just to make it fit barely passing inspection.
5. The tractor operator was so careless he broke the sewer pipes, smashed my hose box, and left huge impressions in the yard that they never fixed.
6. The plumbing diggers paid no attention to the utility markings and broke a buried electrical conduit.
7. They hooked up their tools to common household outlets frying a couple of breakers.
8. The cement they poured for the patio was not level right and water pools up next to the door.
9. They constantly left the job-site a complete mess and wide open. I am still picking up nails and cigarette butts from my yard.
10, When installing water lines they crushed an air duct in the wall which was very expensive to fix.
11. Took them 5 different times to install a brand new bathtub and make it straight and level.
12. They were suppose to brace the water pipes every 3 feet, instead they braced it every 6 feet.
12. Used cardboard boxes to form cement and never removed them embedding them into cement. Huge termite problem.

Over 30+ showers in my neighborhood have had to be redone. They came in cut a hole in my wall sprayed expanding foam under my shower pan to fix it. Left the hole in my wall for weeks, expanding foam exploding out break seals in the shower. I looked behind the wall and found a leak with mold.

Had dry wall put right back over it and still have not fixed it. They keep saying they can't come and keep pushing it back. Honestly if this continues I am going to work with my neighborhood and get the ROC involved with how bad the workmanship has been.

My wife and i just bought our home and didn't expect the amount of little repairs that needed to be done before our baby was welcomed…as a father i was geniunely worried i wouldn't be able to pull it off when one of my friends gave me Jonathan number….they have helped so much and they care a lot….i definitely was able to breathe once they showed up

Jonathan and the team exceeded my expectations in the project of getting my new home overhauled and updated in just a few short weeks. They were easy to work with and responsive during what can be stressful timing. The trust and work they provided was great!

We hired this firm to repair items noted on a home sale inspection. Items, other than irrigation, we're handled appropriately. The irrigation issues, however, we're a consistent struggle for them to overcome resulting in my own emergency repairs before final inspection. Prompt and accurate communication is a challenge for them as was their willingness to refund any portion of the irrigation mishaps and re-repair on my end. It should be noted that when they said repairs were completed, they left the irrigation valve slightly open while poor repairs leaked for days resulting in a major increase in water use.

While friendly enough, I would not recommend them for any irrigation repair and encourage customers to fully inspect their work and know that partual refunds are not part supported.

Contracted work to get the ceiling of my washroom fixed after a storm caused a massive leak. They were able to come out and get it fixed quickly and I havent had an issue yet. Would highly recommend.

Very quick response and turn around time at reasonable rates, and happy to talk through multiple options instead of saying the only option is the most expensive full rebuild. Efficient and effective with great end results and communication throughout. I had a fence repair/section replaced that I signed quote for on a late Tuesday and they got started on that Thursday with completion on Saturday. Highly recommended!

Speedy Fixez is by far the best kept secret. Extremely responsive and timely with their repairs. Provide great estimate estimates and invoicing. Excellent communication and follow through on every aspect. Will continue to use them for various jobs.

Paid to have a leak fixed on roof. Leak was not fixed. Company won’t respond back. Do not use

I am writing this review to warn others not to do business with Mr. Lonny Casanova or his company “AZ Roof Repair Guy”. Mr. Casanova is not licensed, does not have a bond, indicates on his proposal that he only accepts cash, and has no address for his business on his proposal. I should have known better than to do business with him after seeing all these warning signs.

After inspecting the flat roof portion over the garage/kitchen of our paradise valley home, he provided a proposal to reseal all the existing bull work. On the morning that he arrived to do the work I asked him to show me a sample of the material that he was going to use. The material was a match to the adeso self-adhesive membrane that was already on the roof, so I told him to proceed. He told me it would take 3 men all day for the installation. An inspection of the roof after his repair revealed that Mr. Casanova did not replace any of the old material and only applied some tar at various spots and was only at our house for two hours.
