I won't ever be able to express my gratitude to this company and to Darien. After our hold Solar Company Erus went bankrupt, we were left with an incomplete project. Our loan officer connected us with a different company who semi got us to permission to operate. However, a solar panel was not functioning. They wanted to charge us a sustainable about of money to fix this solar panel (which i had the replacement for and it was under warranty). I called Darien and within minutes, he called me back. He was out that week to fix our solar panel. No hassle, no reschedules, no demanding a large sum to help. This company has been a dream to work with.

Electric Vehicle charger installation. Quote provided by Q-Merit. Service was quick, installation tech was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Very prompt communications and no surprises or gotchas during installation. 11/10

13 years ago I had solar installed at my house. They did an outstanding job but have since gone out of business . I reached out to many other solar installers for help with a warranty repair. I was either told to go away or they were way over priced. Black Platinum stepped up and got the job done! I worked with Darien Sadoski and couldn't be happier with the service he provided me. Thanks again Darien panel you replaced is purring like a kitten.
