My 150Amp service panel was suffering from water damage and required a replacement. This issue was swiftly attended to by Phoenix Best Electricians. Their technician, Brayden, arrived in a timely manner, cleaned the bus board, and replaced a few breakers which ensured the panel's safety until a replacement could be installed. The work order was quoted at a reasonable price, which led me to immediately request Brayden's services for the job. His competence was noteworthy and he demonstrated an engaging personality. brayden was excellent. i found him recommended online and can confirm he deserves all the good reviews. he called me back quickly after i reached out about installing recessed lights, switches, and outdoor sconces. he came over the next morning to look at the electrical work and gave us a fair estimate right away. brayden was available just a few days later to start the job, while other electricians we checked with couldn't schedule us for weeks and took much longer to give us quotes. brayden and his partner arrived on time and finished everything in less than 5 hours. he was calm, polite, and really thought about the best way to handle the wiring without trying to sell us anything extra. they kept things quiet and cleaned up after themselves, and always asked us about our preferences instead of just doing things their way. we were very happy with brayden and will definitely call him again. highly recommended!

The squad at Phoenix Best Electricians did an outstanding job upgrading our outdated 2-prong outlets and updating our home's electrical panel. They performed a comprehensive inspection to give us a clear estimate. I had inquired with Brayden if it was possible to be put on a cancellation waitlist for an earlier appointment, which we successfully managed to do. Brayden and Tracy put in two full days of hard work to switch out over 45 outlets. Tracy also worked on the second day to fit the new electrical box. We truly appreciate their constant communication, professionalism, and keen eye for detail. We will certainly not hesitate to rely on them for future electrical needs and to suggest their services to our friends and family.
