We worked with Celtic Elevator to have some repairs done on behalf of a client who is selling their home. They were extremely professional and nice to work with, and are very quick to respond to any email or voice mail messages.

I had a challenging elevator repair that required extensive support. Celtic elevator surpassed my expectations at all levels. Celtic provided constant communication at all times during the process which sets them apart from the competition. I would highly recommend them for anyone requiring a professorial and capable elevator repair team.

John worked with us to find the best location and elevator for our house. They located a great contractor to build the shaft. Pristine restorations. They did a great job in both our opinion and that of the building inspector. Celtic did a perfect job meeting time schedules and costs. Their communication was excellent from John, Janet and Shawn. The state inspection was easy and trouble free. We talked to several elevator companies such as Abbey Elevator and the only one willing to help us with the complete project was Celtic. I cannot recommend them more strongly.

We recently had our home elevator modernized with new lighting and controls. Prior to finding Celtic, I tried to get quotes from other companies but they just couldn't seem to follow all the way through. I actually had two companies come out to look at the job but they never sent quotes. I was referred to Celtic by another company. Celtic assessed the job, recommended new controls, and sent the quote quickly. They told me up front that there may be supply chain issues with some of the parts.

I'm doing a fair amount of work on my house and supply chain issues are the norm in 2022. Celtic is the only vendor that I never had to follow up with about the status of the parts. They routinely sent me updates.

When the parts arrived, Celtic scheduled a window for the visit. They texted me when they were 30 minutes from my home. They were always on time and again, the communication was great.

Jeremy was focused on doing the work. He cleaned up as he went about installing everything. He communicated well about the status and outcomes.

Celtic exceeded my expectations.

Celtic Elevators has provided exceptional service for me during the 2 1/2 years I have used them. They are very responsive when issues have come up, offered a good warranty for their work. No matter how many times I have asked Megan for copies of receipts to be generated for my own documentation, and now as I am in the process of selling this house, she does so graciously and efficiently. I have been happy with every staff member I have have had contact with, from the owner, the contractors, the coordinators, members who facilitate each and every aspect of their services - and recommend them without reservation. Recently one aspect of the elevator maintenance didn't solve a problem, so they sent someone else with more experience to solve the issue to my satisfaction.

Nicole was super helpful and went above and beyond to help and the elevator tech was great! Highly recommend Celtic Elevator for elevator needs.

The technician, Drew, arrived promptly and went right to work.
There was some difficulty as he had to work along with the phone company to assess the problem. Thanks to his perseverance and hard work, the problem was solved in a very professional manner.
