Home Builder reviews in Phoenix, Arizona

Perfect location!

Very knowledgeable staff.

Gorgeous homes and a super friendly staff!

Amazing experience! They were incredible.

Nice place to live! If you're looking for quality, you will find it at Talinn at Desert Ridge.

4 builders at this development all posted hours and not a agent in site. Why would I pay a commission to someone that is too lazy to staff an office

No community center , no amenities built .. residents have been living in the community for more than 1 year paying HOA dues..no update by DRHorton on when the community center will be built and also they are changing master plan zoning now by building home in the land allotted for city park . Disgraceful ..

The community center was supposed to be completed late 2022. Then the sales reps at DR Horton and said complete by summer 2023. I went into the sales office today, April 8, 2023 and the sales rep Aimee refused to give me a name of a manager I could speak to about the failure of DR Horton to complete the community center. Aimee also proceeded to tell me DR Horton never specified a date the community center, but then told me it is scheduled to be done end of 2023. This is very frustrating.

We enjoyed the whole process. We always felt comfortable with next steps. And someone was there right away to answer our questions.

Dominic Scola is wonderful to work with. His customer relations and follow up is impeccable.

Great location! I love the low maintenance and home sizes.

Mici was very helpful throughout the home buying process. He really knows all of the features of all the homes in the subdivision and guided me to the best choice for my family. He also followed up with me several times during the process so I knew about any delays or other issues. If there was a delay, it was either because of supply issues or sub contractors. My new home is perfect and I would highly recommend Mici or any of the people I talked to during the process from D.R. Horton.

Love my home and the community is the best. My neighbor Mici is always so friendly and helpful. Bonus, he makes some killer coctails!

Great experience! Loved working with Darren! Stay tuned for HGTV House Hunter's episode coming shortly. Thanks for everything Darren:) You are awesome.

DR Horton’s team was amazing they were there for us every step of the way! Answering all our questions and making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Thank you!!!

Great experience purchasing from D.R. Horton! So grateful for Darren Welker for helping me through the process. D.R. Horton makes the process of purchase incredibly expedited and easy. I definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Once again I am so impressed by Mici Scola and the team at DR Horton... I have represented several clients with this builder over the years and Domenic "Mici" is always professional, knowledgeable and charismatic, and steers my clients in the right direction to the right lot and floorplan that best suits their needs. I know when I show someone a DR Horton property, that if they choose to buy there, they will be in great hands!

Visited the beautiful community of Talinn in Desert Ridge just driving by. We were warmly greeted by Mici Scola who was so knowledgeable about the homes and thoroughly answered every single question we asked. His professionalism has us seriously considering buying there!

The team at D.R. Horton were fantastic! It was the easiest home buying process we have ever been through. Their service is outstanding. Their people are polite, professional and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

As a first time homebuyer, Darren and Mici made the process seamless! They were always available to support and were patient with the amount of questions we had. The community and townhomes are gorgeous and are in a great location.

I am currently in the process of closing on a new home in Talinn, and working with Dominic 'Mici' has been an absolute pleasure. The entire experience has been incredibly smooth, thanks to Mici's professionalism and attentiveness. My endless stream of questions has been met with prompt, thorough, and—dare I say—pleasant responses! I truly appreciate Mici's dedication and knowledge, which have made this exciting milestone in my life feel seamless. Highly recommend!
