Clean Surface Pressure Washing just completed my patio last week. Steve did an outstanding job. I had a serious pigeon problem on my patio that resulted in pigeon waste on my patio’s stucco wall, wood awning, and Saltillo tile. It was a mess, but Steve’s work far exceeded my expectations. He even came out on a nasty rainy day to get the job done. I was blown away at the results. I didn't think it was possible, particularly where the waste appeared to have stained the white stucco, but all traces of the waste were gone after the washing. I’ve already recommended Clean Surface to a family member, and I won’t hesitate to use this business again in the future.

Had a great experience with Steve pressure washing our backyard turf and concrete patio! Great communication beforehand; quick, easy, and detailed quote process; came out on-time, when he said he would; was friendly and easy to work with; and did a great job. Our job was a bit difficult because the backyard lacked proper drainage and water pooled in poorly designed places, but he was still able to make it work. We'll be repeat customers if we ever need pressure washing services again.

This company is top notch. We have issues around our pool area with water not draining properly and it becomes muddy and dirty. They were easy to work with and got us in right away. They also talked to us before and after to ensure they provided the best quality care. I highly recommend them!
