Absolutely THE BEST! Shanna and her team are the most responsive, reliable cleaning company you could ask for. I own an AirBnB in Avondale and have nothing but 5 star reviews on the cleanliness of the house. They are always on time and provide superior service each and every time they clean. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!!

Valley Steam Carpet Cleaning did an absolutely outstanding job. They cleaned our carpets, stairs, and couch, and everything looks incredible — fresh, bright, and like new again. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. They paid attention to every detail and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results.

Good work, very reasonable prices, great service. Better than those big companies, just come in, splash some chemical, and dash out the door with no regard to quality.

The valley steam tech showed up with a portable steam cleaning machine, not truck mounted like I expected. The tech assured me that the portable machine was just as good as the truck mounted ones. After he had finished and the carpet dried I noticed that not only were the stains still on the carpet but the carpet had a sticky feel like there was soapy residue left over. I was not satisfied with the work and called him to ask for a refund. He told me that he always offers full refunds for unsatisfied customers. I have yet to see that refund and the cleaning was over a month ago. Since the service was done I've been noticing more dark spots on my carpet and I believe that's due to the soap residue left in the carpet from the portable steam cleaning machine. I would never use this company again. Here's what Google says about portable steam machines versus truck mounted:

Were scheduled early morning appointment and never showed were not informed of not showing or a phone call, even so on more than just 1 day.
