Great job. First time using them. Extremely thorough and responsive from beginning to end. Our service tech Jack was great. Professional & courteous. And our turf looks great!

Travis did an excellent job in explaining the process of what he would be doing to clean and extract my artificial turf. He explained exactly what he would be doing, how long it would take, answered my questions about ongoing maintenance, and also provided information on the Mosquito Squad at my request. He was right on with his estimate of time and the end result is great. Throughout the process I noticed how nice it smelled, and that has continued into the evening. He showed me all that he had extracted, and it was very satisfying to see how much dirt and grime was removed, and be confident in animals and kids walking across the lawn now! I'll be checking into a regular maintenance schedule to keep it up!

From setting the appointment, to having the tech out to complete the job, everything was simple and smooth. Our turf was STINKY and now it’s NOT! Mission accomplished, thanks so much team Turftastic. Special shout out to Linda and Aiden who helped with our first appt, will definitely use again.

If there was an option for more than 5 stars that's what I would pick. I am so happy with my turf cleaning! We have 3 dogs, 2 big and 1 small and they love to be on the turf doing everything they shouldn't. Every time it would rain it would smell so bad outside but not anymore! Travis came out and did a wonderful job and now we have nice clean turf and the backyard actually smells so good! We have had our turf for about 4 years and it has never looked better. I highly recommend Turftastic for your turf today. I want to mention that over the years I have called numerous companies for quotes and one company came out a couple years ago to do the job....the pricing and the service beat every other company by a country mile! Scheduling was super easy and the price couldn't be more affordable. The customer service was above and beyond and I am a customer for life! Thank you!
