Home is unoccupied. People were given code to get in the front door, and instead of following directions, they WENT THROUGH THE SIDE WINDOW AND BROKE INTO THE HOUSE LIKE ANIMALS.

When I complained, they tried to gaslight me and say that he opened the door after I gave him the instructions again, which is a lie because he said he went through the side window himself, and that it was ok since they were already in. When I asked how they got in without the code, thinking maybe I left it unlocked, he said again that he went through the side window. There is no side window. He went through the gate, into the yard, and broke in through my dining room window. I said they could enter through the DOOR, NOT the window. After I said that my neighbor has security cameras so I would have proof that he was lying, he then says he did go through the window, but that the back window was open. I was JUST THERE 30ish minutes ago, to grab a trash can and the window was NOT open. Attached is a screenshot of my daughter saying that he told her the same thing. HE WENT THROUGH THE WINDOW. Do NOT use these people... ESPECIALLY if it's unoccupied. Psychos couldn't even wait ONE MINUTE to be given the instructions again!

Used the groupon special of $59 for 3 rooms, and i added stairs. Initially there was a miscommunication and he almost forgot 1 of the 3 rooms but he quickly corrected that once we told him. In 1 of the rooms there were 2 pet throw-up spots from very recent (the reason for why we called) and it was still very obvious after he cleaned it. I asked him if he could go over it again. He told me spots like that dont come up if not initially cleaned out (which i knew from experience isnt actually true... ive had many carpet cleaners get up pet spots). But he still was kind and went over it again for me. After he did... it was perfect! the spot was totally gone. So even though a couple small hiccups... the end result was a very clean floor so for that i give 5 stars. I would just say maybe to check the work before they leave.

Fusion Carpet Cleaning provided great service. Oneil was very responsive, showed up on time and was easy to work with. I highly recommend them for your next carpet cleaning.

Called for 3 days straight to get a receipt that’s has my address on it so I can give to my landlord for the service, still calling and texting the office they do not care about you or customer service. Do not use this carpet cleaning service , got them on Groupon biggest mistake

Like the review below me says, I guess you get what you pay for.
My rug still smells and has urine stains, which is the reason we went with steam cleaning. Very poor job. I even tipped them well. I've reached out to the company two days in a row now asking for a receipt, still have not received it!!!

Used them for the first time today because we found a Groupon for a great price. They fit us in fast and were very responsive. Really nice guys and they did a great job! No issues at all. Would highly recommend.

My carpet still has stains and it had a bad smell to it after, I wasn’t home at time of cleaning only my husband and when I got home i noticed all the high traffic areas looking somewhat the same I thought it would have been done a lot more better. My husband assumed that was the best that would get done and didn’t mention anything to the worker. I guess since it was a coupon you get what you pay for.

Very friendly, fast, and efficient. Did a good job of cleaning our carpets after 7+ years of not being professionally cleaned.

I have been very happy with Fusion since 2019 even willing to pay a trip charge but not this time. The carpet was not fresh the first day and I have noticed dirt streaks. I also was not pleased that I could not communicate with the employee that they sent to my home. I assume they were upset because I said no when they tried to upsell me . Never again!

I used Fusion Carpet Cleaning to clean the air ducts at our office. We had a smell that would appear when we went from heat to cool that was not pleasant! They came and got the job done at a very reasonable price!

They go above and beyond! I hired a different company to clean my carpets when I was moving out of my rental and they did a terrible job so I went with fusion carpet cleaning services who I had used in the past and they did a way better job for a cheaper price. Whoever I was communicating with was very responsive and helpful they will be my go to from now on!

Requested carpet cleaning for a move out, I expected a clean nice carpet buuut, stains were still there, floor was really wet, I texted about the stains, the reply was, "those are cheap carpets", but I paid extra for the stains to be removed. Left it as that, got it redone.

What an amazing job they had performed at my home and they were very punctual and the price was very reasonable and the outcome was exceptional. Definitely would utilize them again and refer for my friends and family.
