From the very beginning, when Bill came to assess the trees on my property, it was clear how passionate he is about his work. As we walked around the yard, he took the time to explain tree care in a way that was easy to understand and helped me learn what signs to look for in healthy (and unhealthy) trees. It was both educational and a very pleasant interaction.

The quoting process was fast and straightforward. What impressed me most was Bill’s honesty and care for the trees themselves. He recommended a lighter trim due to the season, explaining that a more aggressive trimming in the summer heat could cause damage. Since I had already shared that I knew very little about tree care, it would have been easy for someone to upsell unnecessary work, but Bill’s guidance made it clear that his priority was the health of the trees, not the size of the invoice.

We ultimately had a palm tree removed and four other trees trimmed. Bill’s crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and was friendly and professional. When they were finished, our yard was spotless, there wasn’t even a twig left behind. The trees look better than they ever have.

I wish more businesses operated the way Treetime Design does. Their professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for both the customer and the trees are unmatched. I have already recommended them to others and look forward to being a lifelong customer.

Bill took the time to answer my questions and provided me with all the options available. Bill’s team removed multiple, decades old fan palms from our property and trimmed our Canary Island date palms (pineapple palm) multiple times. Each time they left our property as clean as they found it. It can be difficult to find arborists you can trust with your property, so I am very happy to have found Bill and his team at Treetime Design.

We have used weed king twice now each six months apart and I could not recommend more! The weeds were awful when we moved in to our house but we have actually got them under control now.

The company's warranty is ambiguous, and they would not stand behind the logical meaning of it. They refused to acknowledge my position, and rejected my efforts to compromise positions.

had this schedule and they called to rescheduled due to rain. all i needed was the yard to be sprayed to kill weeds. they never called and showed up when they reschedule it. still after a week still no call. I understand the rain and being reschedule but i do not understand the no call/no show

I have used Arizona Weed King for years. I have a big piece of property and is hard to maintain. They have stood behind their product and I am pleased with the results. I am weed free.

I use Arizona Weed King. Had some weeds come up last year before I was due for another treatment and they came out right away when I called them, and said it was covered under their warranty. Kind office personal. If I leave a message, the call is always returned quickly. This is the company to use.

Did a good job once ... came back a second time and claimed they sprayed my back yard when they did not. After it exploded with weeds and claiming they stand by their work they will not return phone calls, E-mails and have basically disappeared. Would not recommend them at all .... a lot of talk but little action. Don't waste your time.

Very dissappointed by the customer service and response by AZ Weed King. Serviced my property three times before telling me Bermuda grass would not be covered by their warranty. I didn't even know it was Bermuda grass coming up through the rocks originally. Told me they have a 6 month guaranteed and then later stated they would only come back out twice to retreat if needed. After multiple emails, I finally received a phone call that my account had fallen through the cracks. By that point I had already contracted with another company. AZ Weed King denied my request for refund.
