Did a decent job, but way over priced. Had 1500 square ft to clean and claimed it required 2 people 11 hours, seems like they have mastered milking the clock and getting away with it. Take your business elsewhere.

This was my first time using WHB Cleaning so I didn't know what to expect. To say the least I was very impressed. Awesome service, especially from my assigned housekeeper, Alice. My condo was really dirty. I had a grimy bathtub that had moldy stains which Alice was able to remove. The linoleum tiled floors were
filthy and she cleaned them to a spotless shine. Alice was friendly, kind, professional, knowledgeable and a most of all a hard worker. I already made a second appointment for Alice to return in January, this time for routine cleaning. As far as I'm concerned Alice and WHB Cleaning will be my go to housekeeping service from now on. Give them a try. You won't be sorry!

My wife, Quinn, ordered this cleaning service based on excellent reviews on Yelp. We were excited to have our apartment cleaned and ready for move out. Unfortunately we were left disappointed.

First, the cleaner was scheduled at 9, they showed up an hour late.

The service offered when quoted was their base rate for 4-5 hours and the cleaner when they arrived, said it would be 5-6 hours to complete.

After they were done, both my wife and I noticed several items that were supposed to done were either not touched or just lied about in their walk through.

My wife did discuss things that wouldn't need to be done so those weren't an issue. However saying the floors were cleaned, bathroom was cleaned when things were just wiped down is just not right.

I came back to the apartment to do a full clean again and redid several spots and did a full mop, after which turned the water black.

Our cleaning supplies were also obviously used and the cleaner left her trash instead of replacing trash (which is part of the basic package)

I would not recommend this company.

The young man that came out was not employed by Emerald Cleaning. Emerald had to reach out to someone that could get the job completed in the time frame which I needed it completed! NOW THAT’s EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
