Scheduled a cleaning, they show up on time. Rate I was told over the phone is way different than what I'm given before they start. The pre-treat I paid for did not remove the stain at the entrance to my room. But for the price, I got what I paid for.

Got my carpet cleaned today and my stairs was the worst and looks amazing now.... they were heavy traffic so i’m surprised they got all that yuk out and not the other 3 stains on my regular carpet but i’m still happy with the service i will be using them again... and there was only one guy and he was very nice and respectful
