I have had my pool maintained by a couple other services over the years and I want to say BPC is the best! Brian always answers my calls and comes out ASAP if there is something he needs to check for me.
Jeremy and Lynn do such a great job, from regular cleanings, chemical balances, letting me know when somethings needs to be fixed, to acid washes. I've never had this good of an experience with any other company or people like Lynn, Jeremy, and Brian. And my dog loves them! They bring him treats and he looks forward to their coming every week. They make my life so much easier!

Mitch, the owner of BPC Pool Maintenance, is greedy, unethical and incompetent. He installed our spa system backwards. I had to file a claim with our home warranty company to get the spa operating properly. Mitch argued with the owner of Aaron Pools that he had installed our spa system properly until Mike, the owner of Aaron Pools, finally convinced him that the spa valves were installed backwards. BPC pool service personnel broke our umbrellas and left debris by the side of the pool when they serviced it. Mitch tried to charge me $50 to clean our cartridge pool filter, but our current pool service company told me the work had never been done when they performed the same service recently. We are now paying half of the pool service fees compared to the amount we were billed by BPC Pool Service and we are getting much better service. Our pool is clean and sanitary now. AVOID BPC POOL SERVICE. They will rip you off and destroy your pool and your pool accessories.

If I can give a 0 I would! Ever since Mitch took over the maintenance of the pool it was always dirty and did not look clear at all. I would always see leaves left in the pool when I asked about it he was so unprofessional and mentioned they don’t chase the leaves in the pool, and I may need a better cleaning system. I canceled my service with him and my new pool guy found the problem the filters were so disgusting (Mitch never cleaned our filters they were brown!!) I couldn’t believe it! The pump he installed was also done incorrectly. Thank God my new pool guy is honest and now my pool is crystal clear.

Jeremy and Lynn have been servicing our pool for several years now. They do a great job and the reliability can't be beat. We always know when to expect them and they never disappoint. Knowledge and experience really evident in all services performed. In addition, they are two really nice people.

Mitch and his crew did an amazing job! Our pool had major algae and was completely not in working order. They replaced the filter, pump, light, skimmer basket, vacuum, outlets and plumbing. In a matter of a week and half he did an estimate and completed the job! Now we can use our pool! The water is crystal clear, the pool is completely rid of algae and everything is running great! Thank you!

We were extremely pleased with the experience we had with BPC Poolcare! Jeremy and Lynn showed up to tackle a very mucked up green pool and did a wonderful, amazing job of restoring it. This is a first rate team. They were friendly, communicative and very helpful. The owner, Mitch, was personable and easy to contact. We were so pleased that we are now having them provide regular maintenance. If you are considering calling them for any pool need you have, don't give it another thought. Just do it! You will definitely be satisfied.

Recently Mitch met with us to try to help us figure out what our next steps are regarding our pool. Even though he provides acid washing and tile cleaning as a service, he recommended that we not do those at this time and that we should just save the money and put it towards having our pool resurfaced in the future (which is not a service that Mitch's company provides).
We were really impressed with his honesty and have been very happy with him and his company's service, quality and responsiveness for the last almost 4 years.

BPC Pool Maintenance services our pool and has done so for almost 3 years. The previous owner of our home had used them and even though the house had been vacant for many months, we saw that the pool was in pristine condition, because BPC continued to maintain the pool even though the previous owner would never have known if they stopped coming and just collected their checks.

Mitch, our main contact, is very responsive to our questions and very knowledgeable. Jeremy and his wife take care of our pool each week and they do a terrific job. They are friendly and always look happy to come to work. We are happy to be associated with BPC.

The company sent two women to clean a four bedroom four bathroom 3400 ft.² house. They claimed that they cleaned the house in about two hours and there is dirt everywhere. She claimed that she vacuumed the master bedroom and there were no vacuum marks anywhere and I found dirt all in the floor. There was dirt all over the baseboards. There’s dirt all over the walls there. There is dirt everywhere like it was not a deep clean and I was charged $650 for a terrible job. I would not recommend this company for anybody if you are trying to clean your house when you’re moving out, so you can have people move in and have tenants because you’re going to have to wash your house again and pay twice as much. I would avoid this company at all costs as they didn’t even come back to fix the work that they didn’t do so I’m going to have to send in another crew to clean the house now, which is gonna cost me even more because they did such a terrible job

ITS A SCAM!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE! They stole a $100 deposit from me & cancelled on me the day of my appointment claiming they got into a car accident. They made sure to take my money & wont answer my phone calls to give me my money back! N.
