They are reasonably priced very hardworking work very quick generally come in groups of three spend an hour and a half in my house it is large and doing outstanding job

Bruni and The girls that work with her they are really nice and polite and they will get to work right away they really do really nice cleaning I really did like how they clean my house I will call them back soon so yes I do recommend !

What a terrible experience. I scheduled a cleaning with Bruni and her team. Conversations were difficult from the start, I should've seen that as a red flag. She was spotty on getting back to me, but I saw all the 5 star reviews, so I held out. Then today, the day of the cleaning, her team was supposed to arrive at 10. At 10:30, when I hadn't heard anything, I messaged her. They were running behind, and she said they would be there between 11:30-12. 12:00 rolls around, and no one was there. I messaged her again. Now, it would be 1 before they got there. There was absolutely no communication unless I reached out. Then, I wasn't having the whole house cleaned, just a few areas. It took 3 cleaners, 4 hours to clean 3 rooms and a half bath. After the first hour, I walked out to see how it was going, and it literally looked like nothing had been done at all during that hour. Then they FINALLY finished, and when Bruni called me for payment, she tried to charge me twice the max she had originally quoted me! After they took my payment, the girls let me know that they had broken a glass figurine. I will never use this company, Bruni, or her team again!

Her response is just another example of how communication was never there. I told her from the very start that I was not available at 8 am. I never changed anything. She was the one who suggested 10 am, and then never communicated they would be running behind.

As a property manager, I had the unfortunate experience of having a residential house cleaner I had scheduled cancel due to an injury on the day of a move-in. After calling several companies listed online and either getting voicemails or looped into the automated attendant black hole, Bruni Aguilar was one of the few that actually answered the phone. It was so very fortunate that not only was I was able to converse with a live person to explain my situation, but it was a huge bonus she was able to offer me a late afternoon cleaning the same day! When I arrived at the property at the scheduled time to meet her and the crew at the property to introduce myself and give her my business card, the crew must have arrived early and was already there performing the professional services. The tenants at the property provided feedback that the cleaning was well above what they had expected, and it was done very professionally! They were happy with the final product, a very clean interior, and I was extremely grateful that it was able to be done on the same day since it was close to the holidays where demand for cleaning services is high. I would definitely call on Arizona Housekeeping Service again. Thank you Bruni!

Bruni and her team are wonderful. I’ve started to use their services on a biweekly basis and my home has never looked better. Unlike other providers I’ve use, their cleaning products smell great and don’t overwhelm. Running my business out of my home, it is important to me to have a service that arrives on time, is quick but high quality and doesn’t need a lot of my attention while they are here. This team is a perfect fit for that. Alway timely, great quality and very self sufficient.

Bruni and her team were recently recommend to me. They showed up on time, worked diligently and did a fantastic job. As someone previously posted, their products smelled nice and were not overpowering. They worked continuously from the time they arrived with no breaks and they were here over 6 hours. After searching for a reputable cleaning company, we found some great referrals on NextDoor for Bruni. She was responsive, punctual and had 3 women come to our home and cleaned from top to bottom. She is respectful of your time and her crew was great. I would highly recommend her!

Bruni and her team did a great job. We had a complete sewer line replaced and the mess was incredible. Tile guys kept moving the end date but Bruni hung in there with me an accommodated the delays. We got our tenant back in, house and her property were clean. She was happy, so we are happy. Highly recommend for construction clean up.

The ladies did an AMAZING job. I needed a deep cleaning and a DEEP cleaning I got!! Blinds, baseboards, oven, refrigerator, ceiling fans, just to name a few things. My house smelt so fresh and looked great!! They are now coming every other week for regular cleaning services. I can’t speak highly enough about this company!! They are coming on Thursday and I can’t wait!!! Smiles for sure!!
