Their trucks drive 55 in the HOV lane everyday littering the road with debris and water bottles. Shame on them.

They really helped me out with a leak situation. Had a crew respond quickly and had everything put back together quickly.

Earlier I left a review and I like to rephrase that review in my opinion as a wife of a current employee of the company I feel that they are underpaid and overworked as for the landscaping abilities of the workers they inare for the most part phenomenal in my opinion I feel that there should be some sort of cost of living increase in pay as most employees can go and get hired on at McDonald's making $16 an hour to work indoors in the AC asking people what they want to eat to those that don't know how hard landscaping is it's a very hard job and in the summer months it's just devastating in my opinion I feel that they don't value their good employees and maybe put a little too much value on their not so good employees but things like rewarding bad behavior that is all for my review as I made sure not to commit defamation as there is truth to my opinions

We live at Solana Condos. They team did the annual reseeding and they took care of two huge brown spots. Good job! All green and nice.

This company has no respect for people who are in the vicinity of their leaf blowers. Every week they use 2 or 3 leaf blowers simultaneously, making an unnecessary amount of noise and blowing huge amounts of dust into the air,, often directly at each other. It is absurd. They blow the leaves over the wall of the property they are working on into the property next to that property. They never pick up the leaves, they just blow them onto the border. If you have any concern for the environment, by that I mean air and noise pollution, please don’t hire this company. You will be forcing neighbors to endure huge amounts of dust and noise.

Team GPM! I have used them for over 5 years now and have not had any negative experiences. The team is always friendly, even the office girls are awesome! The Foreman always stops into the office to check the site map and addresses any issues. They were my landscaper at Ironhorse at Tramonto and the property was beautiful! I'm now at another community and plan to hire them on here as well.

GPM Landscape installed plants, rock and irrigation in a high profile area at my property. The guys were professional and friendly. Their communication skills were excellent and they did an exceptional job. The plants are healthy, good size, and beautiful. Without reservation, I would recommend GPM Landscape.

GPM Landscaping is awesome!!! I have dealt with them only a short amount of time, but they are always attentive and making sure that our property Eden Apartments is always looking GREAT!!!! I like the initiative that they have, and I never have to tell them what to do or need to work on. Keep doing great GPM!!!

GPM is the best and did an amazing job! They were fast, professional and made sure everything was perfect. We cant wait to enjoy our backyard now, they really have made it stand out!

I live in an apartment complex that has hired GPM to do grounds cleaning. THEY DO NOT CARE how dirty they make your vehicle. They blow dust all over the cars and leave it there. It literally takes seconds to blow the left over dust off but instead I have to take time out of my day to clean up their mess and hope the dust doesn't scratch the paint on my car.

Living in Tempe was great if it wasn’t for all the dead trees these guys left to rot around the apartment property. When they did anything it’s always very messy and little to no cleanup effort. More harm than good. Wish they would have some pride in their profession! Majorly sub par work.

Not a big fan. They do work on the property where I live and they insist on trimming the bushes every week. Everything looks half dead and like little foot stools. The bushes don't even have time to bloom. I'm not impressed.

I can not say enough good things about GPM. They are always communicative if a schedule change takes place for a holiday. They show up week after week with professional crews that understand the nature of our business and complete there work efficiently. Rick our sales rep is extremely responsive and always goes above and beyond to ensure our community looks amazing. We also receive multiple compliments on our google page from current residents that rave about how beautiful and clean our community looks. Thanks GPM for all that you do!

Liability, lacking in professionalism and attention to detail. They have on multiple occasions entered an occupied dog park (with dogs and owners attempting to leave so they can work) with running weed whackers and riding lawn mowers. They will not wait even 5 seconds for you to leave the park, they simply fling all the gates open including the exits with unleashed dogs inside. Then they leave all the gates open when they leave. Absolutely lazy and unsafe behavior with no concern for their own safety let alone the safety of their clients.

5 stars doesn’t do GPM justice. This was hands down the best group of people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They came highly referred by a top executive of a large property management company, and they didn’t disappoint. Travis, Tim, and Anthony were extremely detailed, incredibly professional and offered great service all around. The quality of work was fantastic and the finished product surpassed our expectations. They’re the best in the business and I’d recommend them all day, everyday.
