There are many crews working very hard to help make Power Ranch a great place to live.

I rate AAA Landscape as a 5 star company. They do a fantastic job with the maintenance of properties and they truly do try to Beautiful The World. They maintain both commercial and HOA communities and do an excellent job in this ever changing weather in Arizona.

AAA took over our HOA maintenance contract 2 to 3 years ago. Oversaw the total decline of our turf, the only response we received to frequent communication was lip service. They quit in April, but only made it official in July. They are now failing to get our property into turnover condition for out new vendor. Under no circumstance should you hire this company.

AAA took on an enormous job at the Ovation at Meridian community. Wayne and his crew are doing a tremendous job and are very polite and well trained with myriad types of plants. Our neighborhood looks beautiful.

Horrible company overall. Low quality work, slow to get most tasks done then ask for more money even though it’s included in the contract.
Left an honest review on their Facebook and was blocked. Stay far away from this company. Nothing but problems.

AAA has taken over the landscaping in our community this year and has been nothing but impressive. Their level of dedication to the community, the countless hours spent preparing for the transition, and their attention to detail are outstanding. They have spent the past 6 months learning about our community's needs, adjusting, repairing, and updating what the previous company left behind. It takes time but I am very impressed with their progress so quickly. The ower, supervisors, and everyone who participated in our committee presentation were professional, transparent, and dedicated. Very happy to have them in our community!

Total bait and switch company. Over the course of a two-year contract, they neglected almost every single part of their agreement. It was the worst that our entire neighborhood had ever looked.

Mark Ruiz, Luis Carriedo and the team, are OUTSTANDING! I had literally a near death experience, heat exhaustion, BIGGEST SHOUT OUT to Mark R, for his fast acting and compassion. He literally brought me back to life, by way of water, Gatorade and his time. Lesson learned ENERGY DRINKS are BAD, Water is GOOD and AAA is EXCELLENT!!!! This company stepped into our community and they are doing their best with what they were given. It is not easy to fix someone elses mess up, especially within a few months. They have to deal with these people in the community complaining constantly about their employees running into them and etc. Its uncalled for really. I wish people would let these workers do their job and complain in January when it actually gives them time to straighten this place up. I see these guys out here trying and im content with what they have done so far. Thank you. God bless your families.

If I could give a negative star, I would.

I live in Power Ranch - a neighborhood in Gilbert AZ. Our management recently contracted with AAA and agreed to pay them significantly more than the prior company.

Since they have been on property - nothing much has changed. They over charge and under deliver. They attended a committee meeting and brought food … There are weeds everywhere - overgrown and the size of large bushes. Trees have off shoots that hit you in the face while walking down side walks. Dead bushes.

I run everyday and they will see you and continue to blow in your direction/path. They have multiple vehicles in a small subdivision which feels excessive and not efficient. They will block the street.

They did our new build home and all the others in the housing development. It all looks really good but my review is really for their customer service. I called them almost a year later to ask questions. Very helpful and organized. They kept records of our lot, what was used and etc.
