Working with Dan and the whole team was great. The best part is they worked with my limited budget, and helped us brought our vision to life with 3D mockups and held our hand throughout the process. When we are ready to do more projects we will for sure use diamond cut again.

We hired Diamond Cut to redo our backyard. From Dan's wonderful design, to Wendy and the office team, to Mike and his work crew, everyone was helpful, hardworking and polite. The end result was beyond our expectations. We could not be happier. We would recommend them for any landscaping job.

I met Dan at the Home and Garden show and was impressed by Diamond Cut's portfolio and landscaping process. After comparing against a couple other companies, I choose to go with Diamond Cut and I couldn't be happier! Dan's design process was my favorite, and it was truly a step above other landscapers I dealt with. Dan, Wendy, and the whole team were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. I have already recommended them to anyone I know who needs landscaping, and I know I can call them if I ever have any issues or need help with my new backyard!

Dan and his team did an excellent job in designing and installing the landscaping for our pool and backyard. Dan was always available to answer questions and gave expert advise regarding plant choice. Once the design was finalized they were able to start the project much sooner than originally thought. They finished the project in about 7 days and gave our backyard the "Resort" type feel that we were looking for!

Diamond Cut is truly one of the finest Companies I have ever dealt with. I was introduced to them at the Home and Garden where I met Ashton. He was knowledgeable, personable and was persistent without being pushy. From then on, everyone I met that worked for that company was amazing. Daniel, the supervisor was present at the job as needed….coordinating everything……Juan, a true tile wizard and his crew were friendly, respectful and the hardest working crew ever. And Wendy, in accounting actually saved us money and was equally great to work with. All in all, this company stands out, head and shoulders against most and I highly recommend.

Newest Update: Dan stood by his word and fixed what he said he was going to fix and I am overall happy. It took a while to get here but do love my yard.
New Update: Dan saw my review and is doing everything he can to get the situation fixed. He is going to replant in October and make sure that we have a watering guide for the future. Thanks, Dan. Will update again.
I'm changing my star rating to 3 temporarily. Dan has assured me that he'll get the issues reolved to our satisfaction.
I mostly love my yard. All except for the Giant hassle to get it done and now the dead plant issue. I'm going to focus on my dead plant issue here. This was a complete design and install.
The contract states plants are warrantied for 4 months and that the watering system cannot be adjusted during that time. I did as I was told and the pics below are of some of the dead $7k worth of plants.
We let Dan know and he begrudgingly said he'd replace them even though since the plants were installed on 'X date' (which was 14 days into the 10-12 projected working days to complete) and today was 'Y date' so they were no longer under warranty anymore. I was going by the contract completion date.
If his drip system and settings were doing the job, this wouldn't have happened. I will update in October when he says he will replace the dead plants.
Dan is a very nice guy in person, but dealing with actually getting things done to our satisfaction has been a nightmare. It is pretty obvious to me, due to several issues, that they have little to no experience with xeriscape type landscapes. The original plan had a saguaro next to a lemon tree with the same drip settings. That obviously makes no sense.
None of the drip lines have any kind of emitter and so all plants get the same amount of water, whether they are a mesquite tree or a cactus. There are also no emitters / drip lines at the edge of the tree canopies, as I've been told / read is standard practice by arborists.
I will gladly update with more flattering photos once the plants are replaced and they are presentable. -
We found Diamond Cut Landscaping at the home and garden. We were very impressed with how transparent and open they were. We scheduled an appointment for them to come out to give an estimate on a retaining wall with a seating area incorporated. We had a total of four estimates for the project. Diamond Cut offered the best value. They were great at working on the design with us, making sure that it was exactly what we wanted. Once the design was set, they privided an itemized breakdown of the costs of the project.
We schedule the start date, and they showed up everyday on time and finish the project in a week and a half as promised. Once completed, they cleaned up the yard, all the debris, and we couldn't ever tell they were there?
I would recommend diamond cuts landscaping to anybody, we we're highly impressed, they follow through, and provide great service.
As a matter of fact, I've already started a second project with them in my backyard. -
I referred my parents to Diamond Cut Landscape due to their reviews as well as their BBB rating. My parents have reached out to Dan the owner who stated Daniel the forman will resolve their concerns. My parents and I have made multiple attempts to reach Daniel with no response. There are multiple unaddressed issues with the backyard that need to be taken care of and the owner avoids the issue instead of addressing it. The cost of this project was over $20k and my parents should be receiving over $20k customer service. Not only are we extremely disappointed with the service we've received we’re disappointed with the lack of concern shown by the owner as well as his staff. Think twice before you pay for services provided by Diamondcut landscaping because the treatment my parents have received up to this point have been very poor.
*****Update*****
Dan sent out a new foreman by the name of Joseph who made the experience so much better while working with this company. He kept in contact with my parents and made some changes with the backyard that they were very happy with.
The workers that were sent out to do the physical labor were all very hard-working people and my parents appreciated everything that they did.
My dad reached out to Dan the owner of the company and asked him questions about how to take care of the grass and deal with some concerns he had from a maintenance perspective that were related to the backyard. Dan was very kind and took the time to listen and to help my dad which I appreciate.
Overall, I feel like Dan took ownership of the issues that were occurring. Yes there were some problems with communication and it took a while for the project to be completed. In the end what matters is that my parents are satisfied with how the backyard looks and Dan took the time to address the concerns that my parents had. -
Our backyard was just dirt when we moved in and after meeting with several companies we decided to work with Diamond Cut. Dan, the owner, is very knowledgeable about plants. He is extremely professional and easy to work with. All of our calls and emails were answered promptly and when we changed our minds about design along the way, he was always responsive. The work started exactly on time and the crew was there every day on time until the job was finished. Our job was extensive and they had it done in 2 weeks. We are very happy with our yard.

We had such a great experience with Diamond Cut Landscaping. Mark & Daniel were able to bring our vision to life and we could not be more happy with how our backyard turned out. It is even more beautiful than we imagined it would be. The crew was amazing and on time every day. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. I couldn't recommend this company more. It was a great experience from start to finish.

We recently completed a backyard landscaping project with Diamond Cut. The final product looks great, and the installation crew was professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at their craft. Once work began, the execution team delivered high-quality results.
However, the experience leading up to the install was extremely frustrating due to significant communication and project management issues. After the initial design phase, communication became inconsistent, unreliable, and practically silent. There were long gaps in receiving the final proposal, repeated follow-ups were required to move things forward, and it was often unclear what the next step was or when to expect it.
We frequently felt in the dark about the status of our project. Follow-through and follow-up were lacking, and internal coordination around financing and scheduling did not feel organized or proactive.
The most surprising moment was the project start itself — materials were delivered and crews arrived to begin work without prior confirmation of a scheduled start date. We had not received clear notice that work would begin that day. While we were eager to see progress, the lack of communication created unnecessary stress and reinforced the broader issue of coordination.
To be clear, the field crew’s workmanship was strong, and individuals like Tammy and Daniel were helpful when we were able to connect with them. But the overall project management experience did not match the quality of the final install.
If Diamond Cut improves internal communication, proactive scheduling updates, and follow-through, they have the potential to deliver a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. The craftsmanship is there — the coordination needs work. -
The team did an excellent job removing my 3 large palm trees! The price was great, the arborist was very professional and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend! I will likely be using them in the future for other landscaping projects

From the first meeting spitballing ideas in my backyard with Dan, to the last day of the install, everyone at Diamond Cut was Professional, accommodating, and friendly. We got turf, flagstone, table Mesa rock, trees, shrubs, bushes, lights, all of it came out great! We also did a dog run and a gate which they came out and changed the direction it was facing at my request after the job was done with no hassle. Just a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Larry came by and he was very helpful. We will be looking forward to be working with this company.

Juan and Antonio do a fantastic job caring for our property. They are conscientious and hardworking and our yard always looks amazing when they’re done.

I had the chance to work with Enchanted on my uncle’s property, and was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. The landscape maintenance team, potting team, and tree guys all did an amazing job…everything was handled with great attention to detail and care.
They were very thorough throughout the process, from quoting to finishing the job and the results really speak for themselves. Top notch communication, especially with Jacob. His communication was absolutely perfect… consistent, professional, and easy to follow. Can’t say enough how clear and organized everything was from beginning to end.
It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and my uncle is beyond happy with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for top-quality landscaping services! -
Fausto has transformed our outdoor pots. They were struggling and now they are flourishing.

Nope. We inquired about their services, they said they would call back to schedule a time to perform their services. They never called. And then we received an invoice saying they had been to our place twice that month. How would we ever have known? Not sure. The work done seemed so minimal, that we never even noticed. The owner: "I guess there was a miscommunication". There was no communication.
