A guy by the name of Jonathan showed up to do the pool early in the morning. All he did was drop a piece of paper that he was here and didn’t do anything. I called the following day to complain and they were supposed to send somebody in the afternoon. After waiting all day I called and they told me that Jonathan had Been there at 1:30 in the afternoon and then he took care of the pool and he dropped another service ticket off but that was totally false. I asked him what was done, they told me that he had brushed the pool sides and put chlorine tabs in all the containers that were floating. I checked all the containers and they were empty there was also a dead mouse at the bottom of the pool. I told him that nothing was done and nobody has shown up and they kept insisting that there was somebody there at 1:30. I took pictures of everything and it sent it to the office and then they realized that I was telling the truth. The following week they sent somebody on Monday morning to take care of the pool. All that was done was drop chlor tabs in the floaters in the pool, it was not brushed and everything looked the same. The worst service I’ve have ever seen very unprofessional and on top of it they lie that they take care of your pool. If you don’t pay attention chemicals are never used and the guys don’t even spend more than five minutes just enough time to drop off a piece of paper or a ticket to say they were there to do the job that they don’t really do at all , this company really sucks and they’re very unprofessional.

Horrible company! I called to get information about getting my pools serviced and asked to get transferred to the manager and the two receptionist who usually answer are always so rude and have no patience everyone including the manager needs to do better

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Used this company for almost five years and they have fallen apart. Techs keep quitting and they skip service, my pool turned green twice this year and, in addition, the last tech admitted he "didn't realize we had an in-ground hot tub" so all of that equipment isn't functioning and it's green, too. The pool was green for my son's birthday party and Complete Pool Care's response was, "you should tell us in advance when you plan to have guests, so we can make sure your pool is ready." Seriously? how about you do the job I pay you to do. One thing they are good at is invoicing. Despite all the problems, and their tech leaving the hot tub heater door off and it being eaten by rats, they never, once, offered a free month service or discount, but they had that auto-debit every month on my credit card. I've had to drain my pool twice in the last two years and start over and I've had to pay a better service overtime to try to salvage the equipment.

We used several pool cleaning companies in the Valley prior to using Complete Pool Care and were always let down with bad customer service, uncaring technicians and just bad work. We have a large, older pool that has had a lot of problems. We were almost resigned to just living with a green pool because we were tired of dealing with bad pool cleaning companies. Complete Pool Care saved the day! They have, far and away, been the best pool cleaning service we have ever used. Javier and his team have excellent customer service skills and are quick to respond. Our pool tech, Rodney, is amazing and obviously cares about his work. After a particularly bad monsoon storm, and without a working pool cleaner (our fault), Rodney spent a long time making sure our pool was sparkling and ready to use. Complete Pool Care is the only pool cleaning service I would recommend.

Two words: highway robbery. I DO NOT recommend hiring this company (nor do I think they want the business if you can believe that— especially during these times!) Congratulations to a booming business Javier! I’m assuming you probably don’t need anymore customers since you literally charge twice the amount that any other pool company charges. We had a few other companies quote us $90-$100/month —Javier from Complete Pool wanted to charge me $200!! (Initially he wanted to charge $160 and then raised the price to $200!) For the exact same type of service! I’m ok with paying a little more for great service but that much more?! When I wanted to negotiate (gave them the chance after I let them know about the other quotes) they wouldn’t even do that. Their excuse was that they do great work. Well with double the price I hope they use toothbrushes to scrub the pool🥴. Which they do not. And having used them in the past I can tell you they are NOT worth double. They have officially lost our business with Complete pool AND their other half of the Business “Complete Pest Management” (I am now wondering if we were paying twice the price with them too😑).
Call around, get quotes, but I don’t recommend hiring unless you feel like getting swindled.

Javier and his team are simply amazing! They go above and beyond every time with my pool and equipment. If there was a 6th star, I would give it to them!! Definitely call Javier and his team when you have anything pool related, regular maintenance or something needs to be fixed/replaced.

If their service is anything like the driver of their trucks, I wouldn't trust them. Guy almost drove me off the road, then proceeded to drive in both lanes, then across the double lines in the middle of the road, swerving back and forth. Id guess drunk or on the phone.

Javier, Mary, Nicole and the entire team have been so helpful in servicing my pool. Whenever I have a concern or a question, it is handled promptly and to my satisfaction. I recently had my pool drained and cleaned and WOW what a difference it made. I had no idea the pebble surface was so dirty. I mainly did it to clean the calcium off of the glass tile.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Our landscaper called while we were out of the country to let us know water was flooding our backyard and we were worried it was the pool. They came out ASAP, immediately turned the water off, and started investigating the issue to protect our home.

It ended up being a combination of both the pool and the irrigation system, but they took control of the situation right away and made sure no further damage occurred. What truly impressed me was that Javier, the owner, personally came back on a Sunday to turn the water back on so we would have water when we arrived home. That level of service is rare.

They went above and beyond to protect our house and gave us incredible peace of mind. Javier is wonderful and we are so grateful for him. Highly recommend.
