Primary cleaner arrived on time; brought all cleaning materials; joined by an assistant an hour later and that was seamless; the two working together did the job efficiently; our home cleaned up well and smelled nice - recommend. A bit pricey per hour though.

This was my first time and last time using this company. I was excited to use their services due to them having great reviews but was extremely disappointed with my move out clean. I had to request a revisit and they still did not do an adequate job. The walls were dirty, floors were sticky and looked dirty. Interior and exterior fridge looked poorly cleaned. Only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because of the kind and responsive customer service rep Shelia. Please do better Maid Easy.

Maid Easy was an amazing choice for a deep clean. Our two cleaners,Rossi and Cayleigh, did a great job on our house. They showed up on time, took their time in each room and delivered an amazing clean. Beyond that, the booking process was easy, the company is priced competitively and they were able to fit us in within 48 hours. Would give 6 stars if I could!

They were great! I was honestly shocked at the things they were able to get clean (stuff I had tried myself to get clean for ages and deemed impossible). Moving is a nightmare and I had gotten like 2 hours of sleep, but the maids and the phone dispatch were all very patient and kind even though I was a stressed hot mess. My apartment was in BAD shape after 7 years (my spouse and I aren't great at cleaning in the best of times, and it had been an especially tough year). Things were definitely neglected, the worst culprit being greasy buildup on the stove, walls, and shelves. There were also hard water stains on the kitchen sink, and mildew and soap scum in the shower that I could never seem to vanquish. Maid Easy contacted me mid-way through the cleaning to ask permission to make this a "heavy clean" which doubles the cleaning time (and quite increases the price). I was a little hesitant, worried about a bait-and-switch, but I agreed to the bigger clean and I'm so glad that I did! Gaudelia and Michelle were excellent at their jobs. They showed me problem areas that couldn't be cleaned any further due to wear, offered recommendations on what needed painting over, and were very nice when I very nosily asked "omg, how did you clean that? I tried everything!" The end result seemed like a miracle, and I am so pleased with this service. I have already recommended them to a friend, and am looking forward to using them again for regular, non-apocalyptic service in my new apartment.

Lack luster experience to be honest. Called morning of to add $175 to cost. After additional cost was added the cleaners removed my laundry from the dryer and proceeded to not clean my laundry room. I was unable to communicate this to the cleaners as I don’t speak Spanish and they sat in my driveway while I cleaned my own laundry room. I did get a $40 credit but after being charged $585 I’m more distracted by the fact I was left to finish the cleaning after I work 8 hours.

Not much was cleaned. Worked hard on the oven, not much else. I had to re sweep and mop, so much left on the floor. The sinks were not cleaned, was able to go back with a rag and wipe out everything. Missed dusting locations. Here 3 hours and other than the oven not really sure what was used during the rest of their time. For a deep clean I was expecting better. Would not recommend.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received during my recent appointment. The service provider who was sent to my home was apparently unwell, which is highly concerning given the nature of in-home services. What made the situation completely unacceptable was discovering her in my bathroom with the door closed, vomiting in my toilet.

Not only is it unprofessional for a company to send someone clearly unfit for work, but it also poses a serious health risk to my household. I understand that sickness can happen unexpectedly, but there should be protocols in place to ensure that ill staff are not sent into clients' homes, especially without any communication or alternative solutions.

The lack of consideration for both my safety and comfort is astounding. I now feel uneasy about both the cleanliness of my space and the potential health risks from this encounter. This level of disregard for the well-being of your clients is completely unacceptable, and I sincerely hope that measures are put in place to prevent this from happening to anyone else in the future.

I have used this company in the past to do standard cleaning and was happy with the service except for one time. THIS time I am VERY UNHAPPY! I scheduled a deep clean for $340 the staff showed up a little after 8am and were done a little after 10am. The kitchen was just a surface clean. The baseboards were not cleaned, the fans were not cleaned, under the raised entertainment center, raised couches and around the bar stools were left with food crumbs and a layer of dust. I specifically asked for that to be addressed. I feel like I should be refunded the whole amount they just down graded it to a standard clean that is NOT what I asked for! I will not be using them again!

Nakayla A, cleaned our mother in laws condo, she did a fantastic job. My mother in law couldn't say enough about how clean and sparkly everything was. Everything we asked for her to do was done quickly and efficiently. Hopefully she is able to come each time. Very pleased !!!

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! They charged my acct 2-3 hours before they even arrived to start. Anything out of their reach they didn't touch, entry light....no extending dusters, step stools!! My kitchen sink was dirty so I used Soft Scrub after they left and it sparkles now! Air vents don't appear to have been touched! Just under $500, withdrawn before services even began, should have left me satisfied and for sure not having to clean anything myself...hence why they were hired! Very shady business....I should have questioned/cancelled it when I noticed the charge to my accout hours prior to them even arriving! I know now!

The initial quoting and booking process was quick and easy. Great communications leading up to the day of service. Monica was wonderful and cleaned very thoroughly. We were moving into our new home and it needed a good cleaning. It was a big job (2,500 sq ft), but she didn't rush...she took the time needed to leave the house sparkling clean and smelling wonderful. She even alerted me to the presence of blk widow spiders so we could arrange for pest control. Once the service was finished, I received a follow up call to ensure we were happy with the cleaning. I would definitely recommend using Maid Easy!

I booked Maid Easy to do a deep clean for my house. I just wanted my living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and two bathrooms taken care of. Maid Easy was soooo simple to work with, they were very helpful with booking and gave a great introductory offer. The professionals they sent to my home were friendly, efficient, and thorough. I am incredibly happy, and I plan to continue using Maid Easy regularly for maintenance cleans.

When moving out of my old place and into my new place. I knew I would need to hire a cleaning service because I had just had surgery and it wasn't something I was able to do very well. Maid Easy truly made it easy for me! Scheduling online was super easy, and they called and confirmed and double checked everything with me, which made me feel super reassured. On the day of, Alissa was a super star! She did a deep move out clean within 2 hours and made the place look brand new. They are worth every penny. I am thoroughly impressed and would definitely use this company again!!!

Jasmin C is wonderful provider for my deep cleaning experience. She was very thorough as she cleaned light switches, door jams, dusted the area between the wall and ceiling, baseboards, primary shower was sparkling clean, ceiling fans, microwave, exterior surfaces of cabinet doors/drawers/, exterior surfaces of all appliances, and degreased the fan vent screen above the stove. She, of course, of dusted, vacuumed, and mopped. She also may have cleaned other areas that I was not aware of! I was so appreciative of her hard work and attention to detail. I would recommend Jasmin C for your deep cleaning experience!

Bambi was phenomenal with our house cleaning today!
We would really appreciate the option to select her again the next time if possible.

Both my wife and I work 5 days/week, so when we get our house cleaned, it’s absolutely a ‘splurge.’
Therefore, with our dog shedding daily, Bambi made sure everything was sparkly clean today.
She honored our extra request to help with clearance of cob-webs in our Arizona room, and took extra pre-cautions while cleaning our valuables and didn’t take any shortcuts.

I requested a move out clean for a 1500 sf home. First they said it would be $410. I told them it was basically clean..all hard floors...no trash and it should not take very long. Then they offered a coupon and brought it down to $330. Still too much but I hired them anyway because I need to get it ready for a new tenant. They estimated 5.5 man hours. They send you a notification of when each cleaner arrives. I didn't get 5.5 man hours. 1.15 hours for 2 cleaners. I walked through after the cleaning and it looked fine. It wasn't that dirty to begin with. However, today I installed a window blind and when I was done I used a wet paper towel to clean up dust off the floor from drilling into the wall and the floor was filthy. It's vinyl wood flooring so it wasn't obvious when I first walked through.

I received a call from this company the day after cleaning and before I noticed the filthy bedroom floors and I told them I was charged too much. I was promised a call back and that didn't happen. That didn't surprise me.

Very reliable and professional and easy to schedule. Customer Service is great. The cleanings have all been very thorough.

I heard about Maid Easy through a friend recommendation and was really excited to use them because I heard great things! However I am really disappointed with the way things went. The housekeeper I had Sandra was amazing I am super thankful for her work as she was really great and did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment. However after the service I received a phone call to ask how everything was and I said I’d like to tip Sandra and after that I realized I had been charged 5 or 6 times on my card random charges by them and so I called and at first they didn’t know what was going on and said it was a glitch in there system but said I would get a call back and didn’t so I called again and they finally apologized and said they will take those charges off and give me a complimentary service for the inconvenience. However after that, there was still one charge needing to be taken off and I didn’t receive the complimentary service email so I had to call AGAIN and they finally took all the wrongfully made charges off but am STILL waiting on a complimentary service but now I don’t even want to use it because of all this hassle!! The maids are great but service is frustrating

My cleaners did an amazing job and communicated with me throughout. I will hire them back again!
