This is the best pool service I have ever had in the last 20 plus years of owning a pool!! They always respond to a call with in 24 hours. They do a great job keeping our pool sparkling and clean!! Always willing to please. They will not disappoint and they have reasonable prices and they don’t lie!

I have fought with our pool for years. A friend recommended Allen to us as a solution to our pool issues. Allen has been taking care of our pool for almost three months now. Not only does the pool look better than it ever has, but thanks to Allen, the only thing I have had to do with the pool this summer is enjoy it. I would recommend Allen to anyone.

Allen’s pool services are the best. Even with a busy schedule they made me feel like I was their only customer. Not only that, I was going to buy a larger filter than I needed and Allen told me that it was unnecessary and recommended the right filter and saved me hundreds. It’s hard to find a trustworthy company and I am really glad We found Allen’s. I would highly recommend them!

So Allen's pool company/services might be a good fit for customers who are all ready with him. But if you are a new customer good luck in getting services through his company he'll tell you that his people will call 📞 and they never do, they will say that they will be there but never show. If you text them back, they will apologize up and down and then reschedule for someone to come out the very next day! That day comes, and something happens, but this time, all you get is crickets, no calls, and no text, nothing. If that's the type of pool company you want, then sign right up. Unfortunately, not us!! He seems like a good guy. I believe his company is biting of more than it can chew.

I have had other pool service companies in the past and I never knew if they actually came or what they did when they were there. Their work was substandard but yet they still wanted that payment every month.

NOW... I just had a brand new pool built and wanted it taken care of the right way. Allen was referred by a friend and he has not let me down. He came over and did the initial start up and checked back every couple of days until it was up and running smoothly. Allen is awesome to deal with. He explained how all of the pumps, valves and water features worked, adjusted the water level and cleaned the filters. I know he is busy but he took the time to explain everything and actually showed me, not just told me about it. This guy loves his job. I even said to my husband, I wish I had half the drive and was that cheerful at my job. It is obvious he loves what he does. I can call or text him anytime and he will respond. If he is busy he will let you know but he will call you back. He even will text when he is in route to do your service, which is nice if you have questions while he's there. I will never use another company to maintain my pool. I can tell he treats it like it's his. In this day and age it is hard to find reputable hard-working people to continue doing business with. Allen will far exceed your expectations.

Allen's Pool Catering has maintained our pool for two years now. His pricing is good, his communication is excellent (we appreciate the pictures he often sends, showing us that he was there and did his job!), and he has kept our pool in great shape. He even goes above and beyond: once when we had an emergency pool need he dropped a special event to address the issue. Not only does he do great routine maintenance, he also resurfaced our pool in pebbletec and put in a salt cell. Again, the price and work were very good, and he was timely in the deadline we needed to meet. Call Allen for all your pool needs!

I have used several companies in the past and by far Allen’s Pool Catering has been the most trustworthy, reliable and detail oriented by far! I travel for work and knowing that my pool is being taken care of, has been a huge relief and appreciated! They have even brought treats for my dogs! Great client obsession from the owner to the techs! I would recommend this veteran owned company to anyone that is in need of any pool cleaning and or repairs!

I reached out due to my pool pump leaking, they were very responsive and transparent about what the issue could be over the phone and explained that they would be able to give me a more detailed explanation once they got eyes on it and once they did they quickly diagnosed the issues and quickly resolved the issue along with other issues that I had no clue were even there. I truly do recommend them if you want a company that will be completely transparent and do things the right way with amazing pricing on both repairs and weekly pool maintenance.

So we’ve been using Allen’s Pool service for about a year! After trying different companies we finally have found our “home” Allen himself is pretty darn cool. Even came out personally to check things out on a needed job. Our current weekly tech Garcia is so amazing! He’s thorough. Takes his time. Is polite, respectful and just a great worker. Seriously ask for him!!!!! Today we ran into an issue with the pool pump and collectively the whole team jumped in, figured it out, got the necessary parts and fixed it the SAME DAY!!! This prompt reaction saved us thousands of dollars! The attention and love is beyond our expectations and so so very much appreciated! This is how people should care for each other! I highly recommend them! We’ve referred them to family and will continue to do so! Look no farther! THIS IS YOUR TEAM!!!
